• It was a roof over my head and that was it.
• Intensely disliked all. Rude, rude staff on local level and in corporate. They want your money but they do not want to give you what you are paying for.

“Rudest most incompetent staff ever. Only one roll of toilet paper in the room and we had to ask for more paper and they would bring one roll. Most places have a roll and a spare but not this place. They did not allow a spare and they knew 3 ladies were in the room. Even the corporate office had incompetents and slackers. When I called to complain about this and other complaints they could have cared less. When I told them I had to beg for toilet paper their response was that I had gotten it hadn't I. They totally missed the point. They are missing my bucks and others in my group of red hatters. Never again!”
