The friendly staff.
Not having a restaurant that would offer 24 hr room service.

“We like to have breakfast in our room so that we can relax. They served a buffet downstairs but you couldn't get room service. We went downstairs and ate and then left for home. If we got room service it had to be ordered by Carrabbs.”

Overall experience was everything expected and more.
TV was not able to be set for auxiliary DVD player brought.

“If we would have only been able to program the TV for an auxiliary input for a personal DVD player connection, I would not have had a single complaint. Still, overall the staff was excellent and the room was well worth the price charged.”
