• Easy check-in and check-out machine.
• The staff was not as courteous as I was hoping.

• Its location near the Convention Center.
• No microwave, no fridge!

“The hotel is nice, the food at the restaurant tasted stale and old. Room service took an hour. My room had no microwave or refrigerator.”

• Very updated and comfortable.
• I was double billed. Disappointed.

• Fast front desk check in, and clean room.
• Originally charged twice for the room, but it was corrected.

• At least I was not at the car when the thief struck.
• Hilton did not help me replace my car!

“My car was stolen right from the parking lot when I stayed at the Little Rock Hilton on Thanksgiving day 2006. I parked my vehicle about three spaces from an entry door right next to the building. The next morning, my car was gone. There was broken glass on the ground. My car had been stolen! I filed a police report. I asked a Little Rock detective about examining the hotel security tapes. The detective called me and reported that Hilton management told him that they did not have security cameras monitoring their parking Lot. Three days later, the Little Rock police contacted me and said they recovered my car. It had been stripped. I made another trip back to Little Rock to see the car at the impound lot. It was devastating to see what was left of my car. It was a total loss. I received no financial help from Hilton in replacing my car.”
