• Folks were friendly and helpful.
• Our room was attractive, but micro small, car park expensive.

“Ugly on the outside, made me think it was not a 4 star hotel, but inside much better and everyone was very nice. Our room was very small, but they have many sizes and perhaps we could have asked for something bigger.”

• The rooms were nice and spacious.
• The entire lobby and elevators were torn up. The business center was closed.

“I think that once the renovation is done, the hotel will be great, but right now it is a mess. It would have been nice to know what was going on before arriving.”

• The location was great, as was having a balcony.
• Outside appearance of hotel is a little rough.

“Overall, the hotel was just great. I was a little afraid when I first saw the exterior because it looks kind of rough. But the inside was nice, clean and they were all friendly. It's close to the gay bars, many places to eat and using the free town car to get to the walking mall and other locations was awesome!”

• Very clean room and bedding. Spacious bathroom was nice. Balcony view of downtown was nice.
• Sink in bathroom lacked counter space. Small flat-panel display for TV.

“I would highly recommend Warwick Hotel for those staying in the downtown area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was outstanding and the waitress was pleasant and conscientious.”

• Concierge service was absolutely outstanding. Complimentary shuttle was great.
• The TVs in the room were not up to par. They were old and small.

“The hotel was perfect for all of my needs. The weight room was extremely adequate, and the pool area was very nice, and provided a great view of the city from the rooftop. The concierge service was absolutely outstanding. They met all of my needs, and went above and beyond for every request I had.”

• Suites are comfortable and large and great for families.
• Restaurant is overpriced. Rooms are a little shabby but comfortable.

“Good hotel, very warm and cozy. We stayed in 1 bedroom suite which was large and comfortable but a little shabby with metal windows. Would recommend as long as expectations are not for a "luxury" hotel.”

• $12 parking for the night.

“Very clean room and all accommodations were better than expected. Excellent location and is in walking distance to 16th street mall (just a few blocks).”

• My children especially liked the fact that even though it wasn't too warm, the pool was!

• The hotel staff was very friendly and the service was excellent.
• The TV in the room was very old and the pay per view was temporarily unavailable.

• The staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a suite. They even provided a shuttle to take us to our dinner destination.
• While the upgrade was generous, the patio door was broken and the finishing in the room a little worn.

“The friendly staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and provide us with information. While it is an older hotel with some dated and worn decor in our room, it was a great value for the location. The lobby, restaurant, and bar were beautiful. We loved that the hotel offered a shuttle ride to the downtown area, which made the travel to dinner more comfortable than calling a cab. We do plan to stay there again.”

• Valet parking easy/doorman friendly & courteous/spacious room/marble in bathroom.
• Noisy heater in bedroom.

“Located "just outside" the desirable circle but still adequate, the overall hotel looks a bit worn for wear. Interiors are a little better, with the updated marble bathroom being a highlight. Family enjoyed the workout room, rooftop pool and the private balcony.”

• Didn't make up the room, one elevator was broken so we had to wait a lot.

• The pool.
• Room a little small and old, pool not heated.

“Warwick is a charming hotel. Close to good restaurants, nice hotel bar, nice rooftop pool. it's a little old, but clean and well maintained. Good value.”

• The food that we ordered was delicious.
• Had to valet park our own car. Had to switch rooms. Staff was not friendly or helpful.

“I was very excited for my trip, once we got to the hotel, however, we could not get any staff to help us on where to park our car. When we decided to valet park we had to do it ourselves because the driver did not know how to drive a stick. When we finally got our room it smelled so bad that we had to switch. When we got into our other room, we had no key to the mini bar. I called down and they had someone send it up who did not say hello or answer me when I said "Thank you". The key didn't even work. I had to go downstairs and get a new key. I t was just a very unfriendly, frustrating trip. Having worked in hospitality management, their staff could use some new training on courtesy and friendliness.”

• Limo service to place we wanted to go.
• Had to pay for parking.

“Very nice but our toilet kept backing up and the person who came to fix it stole some Clariton. Otherwise, VERY nice and we enjoyed our too short stay.”

• Clean and elegant. Great rooftop pool.
• Staff was not helpful.

“I forgot clothing in a drawer and called the following morning. I was told that a check would be made and I'd be contacted. 3 hours later I called again and was told nothing was found. I said I'd return and personally look. About 15 minutes later, I was called and told my belongings had been located. When I arrived, security was called and failed to come to the front desk. After about 15 minutes, security arrived and said nothing had been found. I got upset and said I'd been notified that my clothing had been found and this was ridiculous. The man told me it was my fault, not theirs. A woman at the front desk then looked in an adjacent room and found a bag with my clothes. Very poor service, extremely bad communication at this hotel.”
