• The hotel has been completely renovated, the guest rooms are beautifully done.
• Only 2 computers in business center - need more protein for breakfast, maybe add peanut butter.

“A 2 star always makes us nervous, but it was within our price range. We were very pleasantly surprised. The exterior of the hotel is very well light, so you feel safe. Every employee we interacted with was very friendly. Beautiful guest rooms, very comfy beds!”

“I have traveled 15 day. Start at Michigan to Yellowstone then back to Michigan. This is the worst hotel that I have been in, unhappy experience for me.”

• The friendliness of the staff, Roy in particular.
• Renovations going on so not quite altogether yet.

• Provided shower and bed
• Smelled like smoke in the non smoking rooms, mold in shower.

“Basic hotel, nothing special or super nice. They said they had a shuttle to the airport, but then didn't know anything about it the next morning when I went to catch it to the airport problem! Also, even the non smoking rooms smelled like smoke, and there was mold in the bathroom.”

• I was sent to a dirty motel, I have not stayed at this establishment.
• They suggested me a dirty motel because they overbooked the facility.

“I am very dissatisfied, the Guesthouse sent me to a dirty motel several miles away called the Star, the room did not have a clock, the bathroom was discussing there was mold in the shower.”

• Asked front desk for a wake-up call for 3 AM they didn't call and almost overslept and missed flight out of Denver.

“From the little exposure I had with the hotel it was ok. If you are looking for a 4-star hotel this isn't it, but the rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel.”

• The location was great. There was lots of food and shopping options across the street.
• The hotel itself was somewhat dilapidated and just a little bit scary.

“The hotel looked old and was definitely due for a remodeling. The room itself was fine. I liked the price, so I can't complain too much.”

• The location is great in the shopping area of Stapleton & close to Hwy 70.
• Needs new curtains, bedspreads, carpet old, breakfast was not completely ready, some tables were not clean.

“This hotel can be excellent level 1. The location is great in the middle of a shopping area and HWY 70. Some things to improve, cleanliness, breakfast should be ready and some renovation is a must (curtains, bedspreads, carpets). Staff was respectful. Manager can make sure that leaders of young groups of guests keep them aware to maintain hallways clean.”

• Located close to DIA.
• Old facility. I had a sense that the place was overall rundown.

“Good location close to lots of good dining. An older facility which could use quite a bit of modernization. Although the place was pretty much clean, there was an odd odor in the hallways and the lobby area seemed like it was dinghy, so it felt like everything was dirty.”

• Cheap.

“It was old, filthy and things didn't work. The maids did a poor job of restocking things and didn't even empty the coffee in the machine from the day before! The glass front door to the hotel was streaked and dirty, and undesirables were hanging around outside and they were staring my 18 year old daughter up and down. Gave me the creeps!”

• Friendly staff, and good breakfast.
• We did not receive the rooms that we had asked. The air conditioner would not shut off, or change temps. So it was cold.

“I thought the staff was nice, but had concerns about the cleanliness of our room. The client seemed a little intimidating as well. The parking lot was limited, and not so easy to get to.”

• Location and friendly staff.
• The hotel was more run down and it did not have all the amenities.

“This hotel was older and run down and it does not have all the necessary amenities; i.e., it does not have a game room, it does not provide game consuls in the rooms, and only a few select rooms have a balcony. Furthermore the free internet access is not very accessible, the air conditioning wasn't working at all during the entirety of our stay, and there was seldom any hot water. The non-smoking rooms reeked of cigarette smoke because the hotel doesn't have the smoking and non-smoking rooms on different sides of the building. The hotel just smelled bad, looked bad, and wasn't what was sold to me on the internet. Overall, it was a decent place to sleep if that's all a traveler is looking for, but I wouldn't stay there ever again.”
