“Hotel was fine but it is older and outdated, the rooms are small and the bathrooms are smaller. Bed was comfortable but considering all of the newer hotels in the area for the same cost I will probably not stay here again.”

“The staff at this hotel was very accommodating. No matter whether we asked for towels or tissues, they were delivered to our room within minutes. My children absolutely loved that the pool hours were until 11:00 p.m. That was a big bonus for us.”

“The four points Sheraton is on the far north fringe of the Denver Tech Center area. It is a very dated building, with unattractive, small rooms. The food from room service was the worst meal I have ever had while traveling. Overall, this experience fell very short of my expectations.”

“High cost of food and lack of services for hearing impaired reduces rating considerably. Employees have no idea what TTY/TDD equipment for hearing impaired is. Lack of this equipment discriminates against hearing impaired persons and violates Federal ADA laws, leaving them open to lawsuits.”

“Usually very nice. Had trouble with room door to outside drafty, very cold air which made temp in room very cold ice on door inside room and on window and frame next morning. Upon checking out my husband complained to front desk. She said "well the weather is cold now". All other times we stayed there it has been a very nice place.”

“This hotel definitely did not meet my expectations. As a business traveler, Ive stayed in best westerns that were more comfortable. The best thing about this hotel was it shared a parking lot with a drive thru star bucks.”
