  • The bed was wonderful.
  • Hot tub was cool.

“It was a great place to stay. The bed was great. The staff was friendly. The place is big and there is a lot to upkeep and you can tell.”

  • Met expectation for the price.
  • Restaurants to expensive. Took meals somewhere else.

  • This is a very worn out property.

“Nice location, but was highly dated and the AC did not work between 9pm and 6am it is turned off by hotel staff.”

  • A great location, needs some updates (4 points).
  • Sunday pool party. It must have been for employees?

“I felt very safe, rather noisy with loud music at pool area. Not sure where all the people came from, think the neighborhood. Needs new carpet, lighting and paint (4 points of Sheraton). Marriott was just perfect.”

  • Good location and the pools are awesome.
  • Could work on the cleanliness.

“We have stayed at this hotel many times and it is definitely going downhill. The pools are by far the best part of this hotel and they are still great, although the areas around the pool need to be cleaned more frequently. As for our room, it was very warm and stuffy, with a musty smell. The air conditioning did not work correctly. Our room was next to the elevator and it was very noisy, not from people getting on and off, but the elevator movement itself. It was very difficult to go to sleep and we woke up early from the noise. When taking a shower in the morning, the water went off completely three different times.”

  • No hot water in AM.

“Older hotel, great staff, but our room was really small and we woke to no hot water. This problem was corrected, but we had to make 2 requests to get the problem taken care of.”

  • The pool, hot tub and view.
  • The elevators took forever.

“The hotel staff was very accommodating. The outdoor pool and indoor hot tub were fantastic. The beds unfortunately were not very comfortable but we didn't go there to sleep so it was ok. The elevators took forever, I don't know if this is an ongoing issue.”

  • The staff was very accommodating when I complained about the room & happily changed it.
  • My first room was the worst I've ever stayed in. It was dirty, smelly, stained walls, ceilings, & doors.

“I am surprised they'll even allow guests to stay in the older rooms. The room looked dirty with stained carpets, doors, walls, & ceilings. The bed, however, appeared very clean. When we asked to change rooms, the staff was wonderful, very pleasant, & completely accommodating (the staff gets 5 stars in my book). The new room was clean & nice enough, but debatable whether I'd call it a three star. I was told they are planning to remodel the older section of the hotel next year.”

  • The pool.
  • Dirty run down, smells of must, the carpet is so old and dirty, it pulls away from wall exposing years of dirt. The maids could never be expected to clean.

“This should not carry the Sheraton's name on it. It is run down moldy popcorn ceiling 1970 bad decor. It smells of must and mold so bad it is hard to breath, 1 star motel would be equal to this. When I did go to complain the front desk said he didn't care put my complaint in the box. Carpet is so old it is coming off floor and you can see years of filth.”

  • We enjoyed the pool and comfort of the bed.
  • Had a view of the back parking lot.

“The A/C didn't run well the first night so they fixed it the next night. The vending machines were all out of product (but the hotel was sold out). We had a view of the back parking lot. The exercise room and pool closed at 11pm which was upsetting since we usually stayed out late in Denver. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable except it was small. Not like other 3 stars we have been to.”

  • Placed us in already occupied rooms, no crib was available.

  • Star wood guest floor was less furnished than lower floors!

“Very well located, good services, fast guest services, friendly staff, good pool and workout area. Easy to get to and close to many stores and restaurants. Exceptional services including color document printing. A good business destination.”

  • Location right off of the hwy.
  • Dark lobby, dumpy rooms.

  • Both restaurants were very enjoyable!
  • The pool was not heated and the staff was rude to me and my son because I was not wearing a suit.

“Overall this was a huge disappointment, which was sad considering it is a three star hotel. I was not greeted kindly at the door. The pool was dirty and the room had a sticky floor.”
