• I liked the fitness center and pool. The bed was comfortable.
• It could use a renovation.

• The staff was very nice and helpful.
• Outdated, older furnishings and television.

• Rooms are very small and outdated.

“Hotel was fine but it is older and outdated, the rooms are small and the bathrooms are smaller. Bed was comfortable but considering all of the newer hotels in the area for the same cost I will probably not stay here again.”

• The hotel was very accommodating to us with our little Chihuahua puppy.
• The bathrooms could have been bigger but they are very nice.

“The staff at this hotel was very accommodating. No matter whether we asked for towels or tissues, they were delivered to our room within minutes. My children absolutely loved that the pool hours were until 11:00 p.m. That was a big bonus for us.”

• Clean rooms, comfortable beds, reasonable price, and great pool area.
• It was just a bit dated, but very clean.

• The rooms needed updating but the staff was outstanding.
• Hot tub was very outdated.

“The room may have been a bit dingy and outdated, but I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff was more helpful and polite. The free shuttle service was awesome.”

• The front desk people were friendly.
• The room was very dated; the room service food was horrible.

“The four points Sheraton is on the far north fringe of the Denver Tech Center area. It is a very dated building, with unattractive, small rooms. The food from room service was the worst meal I have ever had while traveling. Overall, this experience fell very short of my expectations.”

• Food was overly expensive.

“High cost of food and lack of services for hearing impaired reduces rating considerably. Employees have no idea what TTY/TDD equipment for hearing impaired is. Lack of this equipment discriminates against hearing impaired persons and violates Federal ADA laws, leaving them open to lawsuits.”

• Beds are great.
• Insufficient reading lamps at the bed; toilet & tub were in too small of a space. No luggage rack available.

“Good hotel; enjoyed the stay. In the breakfast buffet, the cantaloupe was sour and spoiled.”

• Location is great. Have stayed here before and it has always met expectations.
• Room was very cold. So much air coming into room from outside ice inside room on door and window.

“Usually very nice. Had trouble with room door to outside drafty, very cold air which made temp in room very cold ice on door inside room and on window and frame next morning. Upon checking out my husband complained to front desk. She said "well the weather is cold now". All other times we stayed there it has been a very nice place.”

• When we heard a domestic dispute in the room below us hotel security responded.
• Loud; domestic fighting in room below us; smoking in rooms that were nonsmoking; dirty.

• The staff was excellent, very helpful and ready to respond.
• The furniture in the rooms was dated, carpets old but not dirty.

“The hotel could use some updating; it was very clean but unimpressive for its reputation. The lodge bar was beautiful; I would make the view room accessible to all hotel guests.”

• They had a coffee bar next to their restaurant so you didn't need to sit down if you just wanted coffee.
• My door didn't close properly on its own and I could hear everything from the hallways.

“This hotel definitely did not meet my expectations. As a business traveler, Ive stayed in best westerns that were more comfortable. The best thing about this hotel was it shared a parking lot with a drive thru star bucks.”

• The front desk girl was very helpful in finding the place and local good restaurants.
• Only complaint is we wish there was a table to dine/eat on in our room.

“Easy access on and off highways, we found the room very clean and comfortable, when we needed anything, they accommodated our needs within minutes. We would recommend this hotel to others.”
