“Hotel was OK. The sleep number bed in the room was terrible. It was evidently broken, as it wouldn't hold air in it to keep it at the firmness we wanted. The toilet kept running and running. My husband had to adjust the float value and then it quit running. The shower head would not allow any water to come out. Or else poor water pressure.”

“The air conditioner vent is perfectly directed at the head of the bed. There is no way to move the vent direction so I had to put the chair in front of it to redirect it. Not the greatest layout.”

“Loved the lobby area. The room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. The only downside was the clerk who checked us in seemed to be bothered by having to help us. On the other hand, the clerk who checked us out was very helpful and friendly.”

“Very good location. 15 minutes away from Cherry Creek Mall and 5 minutes away from Northfield Mall. Easy to get to and a very nice room with a sleep number bed and balcony.”

“I found my stay there very pleasant and plan to visit again in Mid September. Everyone from the people checking you in to the restaurant staff to the service men and women were very kind and helpful.”

“The pool was cloudy, dirty and in need of a fill up and the spa is located directly in front of exercise equipment-actually sharing the room with the gym and closets. Overall the hotel had a nice feel to it but shouldn't be considered four stars and should reconsider claiming to be in the downtown Denver area. The bathrooms were in need of remodeling and the balcony although nice offered no seating arrangements. And, when purchasing my one cocktail at the bar, the glass was dirty and had fingerprints all around the edges. I'd never stay with that hotel again.”

“The hotel appearance was very nice and the hotel was very clean. We called and asked a room with 2 double beds, when we checked in we were told there were no rooms with 2 beds available. The gentleman at the front desk also failed to have a roll-away bed brought to the room. We had to go down and talk with the manager just to get the roll-away. The manager had no apologies and was barley helpful himself.”

“It was an overall good experience. We loved the friendly and helpful staff. The room was cleaned well every day. It was a nice, comfortable room, albeit a little small. On the downside, the hotel shared a parking garage with the business building next door, and the garage was on the far side of this business. Therefore you had to walk a long way to get back to your room after you parked your car. There were also chronic problems with the key cards. We had to have the front desk renew the card's coding every day of our stay in order to get them to work properly. Also, the fitness center had only two pieces of equipment. All in all, we would stay here again. The hotel staff is great.”

“Very small bathrooms, no vanity space at all. Rooms were not restocked with wash cloths 4 nights out of 7. Bathrooms very inconvenient when you are sharing with another person. Rooms are very dark and depressing. If I had a choice, I would not stay there.”

“Located near the old Stapleton airport, it's a 20 minute cab ride to Downtown (count on $20+ each way). Neighborhood is run down, with only a mall across the street to smile about. The lobby is open air with each floor exposed to it going up a dozen floors.”

“On April 4, 2008 my room and another room of a person from our conference was robbed by a member of the hotel staff using an unsecured master housekeeping key. The management was unconcerned and told us it was our own fault to leave anything valuable in the room.”
