“Located near the old Stapleton airport, it's a 20 minute cab ride to Downtown (count on $20+ each way). Neighborhood is run down, with only a mall across the street to smile about. The lobby is open air with each floor exposed to it going up a dozen floors.”

“On April 4, 2008 my room and another room of a person from our conference was robbed by a member of the hotel staff using an unsecured master housekeeping key. The management was unconcerned and told us it was our own fault to leave anything valuable in the room.”

“My experience overall was great. My stay was a short one night, but the front desk staff was very friendly, proactive and courteous. I appreciated little details: a nice desk, free internet, and an extra blanket in the room.”

“I liked the hotel for the price I was paying. If I had paid more, I wouldn't have liked the hotel. The select mattress that is the seller for this chain did not work. Also, the lobby area was cool (temperature) and really not that pleasant to look at - i.e.: no music in lobby area. I liked the hotel for the value it gave me, since I was only in my room when I wasn't busy visiting and sight seeing.”

“It was good for the price we "negotiated" for, the beds were adequate. Our only complaint was it took over 45min. To get the alarm in the empty room next to ours to be shut off at 7am on a Sunday morning!”

“I really liked the room at the hotel. It was clean and up to date. I think the furniture was brand new. They even had those sleep number beds. Very comfortable! The only thing that I did not like was that the noise from the lobby could be heard through the door of my room. It woke me up a few times. Just people laughing and being a little too loud. I think I heard things so well because the inside of the hotel is designed around an atrium that is open to the top floor allowing sound to travel to all the rooms.”

“Location was great, (next to Airport, Denver, restaurants, etc. We waited in the restaurant area for about 20 minutes and never even saw an employee, other people were eating, and others, like us just left. I was told I had a charge for a movie rental, I have never in my life rented a movie in a hotel, and also the .75 for 4 local calls 4 blocks away seemed ridiculous, as I have never been charged for local calls in other hotels. P.S. They did remove the movie from my bill.”

“Someone needs to take over the maid service in this otherwise quality hotel. The maids did virtually nothing except bring new towels and make the beds. (Did not vacuum floor several days out of 9, did not clean coffee pot, did not empty wastebasket several times during the 9 days we stayed, did not replace shampoo used, did not even bring toilet paper when it was needed.) Front desk staff, restaurant staff & bar staff were great. Whoever is in charge of maid service needs to be fired or trained on how to train staff.”
