• The view of the mountains from our room was breathtaking.

“The lobby was very nice and clean with a gas fireplace. There was coffee available at any time in the lobby which was a nice convenience. The view from our 7th floor room was beautiful. The staff was also very nice and we enjoyed our 3 day stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Denver.”

• There really wasn't anything bad.

• Convenient location to everything, immaculately clean and very helpful staff.

“Hotel met and exceeded expectations. The room was very comfortable and included not only a mini-fridge, but also a microwave. Staff was very helpful, particularly when we requested a room change after a large group was assigned to our floor on our second night.”

• The view of the mountains during the day and the city lights at night were beautiful.

“This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel while visiting the Cherry Creek area of Denver. The rooms were nicely decorated and had very comfortable beds. We especially appreciated the beautiful view from our window overlooking the mountains and the city lights. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

• The room was wonderful.
• It was not family friendly.

“The room was wonderful and very clean. The beds were comfortable as well. The pool was way too cold for my 5 year old daughter and then the hot tub way too hot. Also, while in the hot tub, the bottom and seats were very gritty and dirty.”

“The work staff at the hotel was great. The front desk employees were rude and made you feel unwelcome. The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were great.”

• The room was near perfect for our needs. The pool, spa and workout room are super.
• We found nothing wrong with this hotel.

“We truly enjoyed our stay. The service was superior. The food was great and it was so nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot in our room for convenience. We appreciate an indoor pool, spa and workout room and all were in super shape.”

• The room itself was nice, clean and well appointed.
• Across street from low-life nudie bar--did not feel safe.

“Poor instructions from desk re: parking. No food available for late arrivals. Desk directed us to a an extremely dirty and seedy bar down the street for food--walked out 3 seconds after we walked in. Only other option was the very loud topless bar directly across the street. Most ice machines out of order--desk had NO idea where a working one might be. Hallway carpets shabby and dirty. Lobby and hallway music loud and in bad taste--loud rap and hard rock is not what I want to hear on a Sunday night after a very long day. No do-not-disturb sign in room. Restaurant out of many items in AM 1/2 hr. after opening. No one attending coffee bar. Free morning coffee in cups the size of thimbles. In general, very unprofessional, substandard attitude showing a lack of concern for its guests. Overall an annoying experience--I would never go back.”

• Very clean, 24 hour workout room, they changed my TV to a flat screen during my stay.
• I didn't receive my USA Today newspaper every morning.

• The woman who checked us in was nice.
• The clientele was horrific.

“I was on the 8th floor. The floor was full of people screaming and carrying on at 10pm (New Year's Eve). The room directly next door had two, three or four dogs that were consistently barking and yipping each other. I will never stay at that hotel again.”

• Great fitness room.
• Discontinuing food in the bar as of October 1.

“Nice to have a bar with a simple menu open till late in the evening. Fitness room is well equipped (individual TV screens on treadmills, stair stepper and cycle) and open 24 hours. Convenient location.”
