• Nice room with plenty of space.
• The room and hallway smelled terribly of old garbage.

“Great for someone who needs space and a kitchen. I was just there to sleep, so it was fine for me. The hotel could smell a lot better.”

• One of the two receptionist was nice, the other was having a bad day.

“I stayed at Crestwood, Colorado Springs for two nights of the Labor Day weekend. No way it is close to what you would expect from a 3 stars. Rooms were too small and dirty and use very cheap amenities in their suites. On same trip I stayed at Hyatt Summerfield Suites (3 star) in Denver. Hyatt cost me less and it would be a big insult to Hyatt if I even think of comparing Hyatt and Crestwood. Advice:- please don't spoil your trip. Stay somewhere else.”

• It had a full kitchen and good location and wireless internet.
• Dirty - Victoria's secret tags right under edge of bed, could write name in scum on bathroom & kitchen floor if had cleaner. Broken elevator.

“Walked into beautiful lobby with a stunning example room right off the lobby. The downstairs halls were decorated with beautiful chair rails and a very beautiful neutral color. Then we got our 2nd floor room key. Dirty - Victoria's secret tags right under edge of bed, could write name in scum on the bathroom & kitchen floor if I had a cleaner with me. Broken elevator 4 of 6 days. One day I opened a towel and it had a perfect lip print on it and it was not a stain - it came off on my hand. The navy blue carpet had that nasty dust ring around the entire edge of the room. There were major crumbs in cabinets. They gave me a paper upon check in that told me I must request cleaning as it is a extended stay hotel. I requested one cleaning in 5 nights and they asked me where I read that they would clean my room for free upon request. I had to read their own paper to them to qualify my request. They reluctantly agreed to clean my room once. And finally I went down to exchange towels.”

• It was clean and the kitchenette was nice.
• Far from area I wanted to be in, and no pool.

“This hotel was very clean and would be great for a business traveler. It had a kitchenette which was sufficiently stocked. The room was rather small, but ok. There was a fitness center but nothing else. It was a bit difficult to find.”

“I asked for a crib which the hotel did not have. I asked for extra pillows and they were never provided. There was only one double bed in the room. You have to request for your room to be cleaned if you're staying less than a week.”

• Smell of entire building, amenities were not working.

“Although the room was non smoking, it smelled like an ashtray that someone had poured lemon cleaner in. I went to this location for the laundry services because we had been on the road a while. All of our clothing smelled like smoke for the remainder of our trip just from the room.”

• The suites (with kitchenettes) were tidy. On site laundry was in great condition.
• There were no vending machines on the property.

“This hotel would be great for extended stay. The rooms offer a kitchenette and spacious quarters.”

• It was really close to the highway.
• There was a front desk staff who told us to wait for 20 minutes basically because her shift was ending.

“Most of the staff here, except one was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to access being less than 5 minutes away from the highway. It was a great bargain we got for a hotel with complimentary continental breakfast and a swimming pool.”

• The staff was nice.

“I had requested a room for 4 individuals and was told I had asked for 1 queen size bed room. I asked to be transferred to another room. They were completely booked. (they were telling the truth) I also asked for a cot and they did not have any. The front desk person told me that I was the third customer that day which had this problem. Another family traveling with us also had the same issue so for that day there was 4 customers booked in a room with no space at all. I do commend them for giving us as many blankets/pillows we requested to accommodate us with the tight spaces and us having to sleep on the floor.”

“The room was clean, but had to go to the lobby to exchange our dirty towels for new ones. Staff was unfriendly and acted put out when we asked for assistance. Hotel manager was friendly on the day we checked in, but that was the last of the friendly and helpful staff.”
