• A lot to offer for a really low price felt like home!
• Needs more front desk staff.

“This hotel was very attractive on the inside, could use some landscaping on the outside, but overall everything was great! The kids loved it, and felt like they were living the show of "Zack & Cody". The pool was clean, towels available, rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the breakfast staff was so personable that it made you feel like home. Thanks for a great stay!”

• Staff Incompetence!

“Room Service ordered twice. The order was wrong in both instances. The Internet service is haphazard at best. Today, April 8th I had to change buildings/rooms to take a shower. The General Manager could use a lesson in Customer Service as his perception is that the staff incompetence is no big deal !! With all of the choices in the immediate area I would never stay here again.”

• Very friendly and accommodating staff in each department I came in contact with
• Their check in/out area is very small and cramped when at all busy

“It was perfect for what I needed, however there were hoards of youth hockey players running all over the place. After 8 1/2 hours of deposition, I needed a little more quiet than was available. Their supervision" must have found the quiet corner I was looking for."”

“The Radisson Hotel was such a disappointment. The springs in our bed were protruding into our back, and we were unable to sleep for most of the night. The manager showed very little concern, and only offered us a customer service number.”

“This hotel is NOT a three star hotel by any means. Hotel was outdated, has paper thin walls, AC/Heater not sufficient by any means, and poor parking. I will never stay at this hotel again on business or pleasure.”
