“Not what I'd expect from a Millennium hotel property.”

“Astonishing service from staff and beautiful views of the front range made this the favorite among our recent stays in the western states.”

“The hotel was old and needs updating. Didn't look at all like the pictures on their website. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gardens in the back were very pretty. We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was OK, but kind of pricey. The views of the mountains were beautiful. We had to upgrade to a better room to get any view of the scenery.”

“Very nice hotel that is International in favor. This would be a great hotel as a destination for pleasure. They only complaint is they charge for Internet as most fancy hotels do. It has an Oylimpic-sized indoor pool and a very nice outdoor pool.”

“This hotel is very old and is not maintained at all. The carpet isn't even vacuumed. The hotel restaurant breakfast had fewer choices than a Quality Inn. This is defiantly not a 3 1/2 star property!”

“The room and bathroom were small.
We were gone most of the time so it wasn't an issue. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every aspect. I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know. It was very easy to find. There was a small mall across the parking lot and it was easy to manuever around Boulder from there.”

“We liked our stay at the Millennium Harvest House and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, I would not rate the quality of the rooms with 4-stars. Bathroom definitely needed upgrading and the general noise level, especially in the mornings, was too high.”

“This hotel offers a lot of rooms and sits on property close to Boulder Creek. Offers swimming and tennis for those that like to stay active when traveling. The decor is very old, beds extremely hard with old thin quilts and the bathrooms are very small. My main complaint is that there must not be any insulation in the rooms as you hear everything going on in the rooms next to you. Seemed very loud and you can hear every door slam down your hall.”

“Absolutely terrible support staff. Internet went down 4 times in 24 hours. Front desk staff was just very rude. A horrible experience for a professional business traveler!”

“This was a grand hotel with a beautiful back outside area for entertainment. It is located in a great part of Boulder with access to shopping and hiking. Our room, however, was a disappointment. It was so small that it didn't seem to fit with the hotel.”

“Decent hotel. The hallways were not air conditioned. Very long walk from either tower to the lobby. On the third day, the maid did not properly clean the room, replace the towels or replenish the soap and shampoo.”

“I once lived in Boulder and was under the impression that this was a nice facility. The lobby looks nice, and renovations were made a few years ago. It is run-down, and due to stained floors (both carpet and bathroom tile), I questioned the cleanliness. I had to change rooms, because the floors in the first room had garbage all over them (room not cleaned, apparently). I could hardly move in the first room, very small. Elevators have no AC and are very hot in summer. The buffet is nice on the creek, and the lobby is misleading, as it is nice as well. The staff was kind enough to move us to a different room when we discovered that the first one was dirty. The location on the creek is quite nice, too.”

“The hotel itself was fine with nice shared areas, pools and gym, however the room was dingy, out dated and in disrepair. It was supposed to be an ADA room, but the shower was unusable because you could not get around the in swing door in a wheelchair, not so sweet at all. The window was fogged and the bathroom was kind of nasty.”

“Not even close to being a 3-star hotel. Old, tired, and decrepit. Looks like an attempt was made to update the lobby and rooms but can't disguise fact that hotel is antiquated. Low ceilings, tiny bathrooms, stained carpets, gross! Exterior is very unattractive as well.”

“If you don't really care about the kind of hotel you stay in, then this would be fine because of it's location but it has seen much better days. It's rather surprising to see its a part of the Millennium chain because I was expecting it to be up to the standards of their other hotels I've stayed in Singapore and New York. The standard room I was given at check-in was very small, very old and worn and totally unacceptable. It was more like what I would expect of a Red Roof/Days Inn category. Fortunately the front desk staff was understanding (and I got the feeling they agreed with me) and I was moved to a balcony room overlooking the Rocky's. That view plus the weather made it all enjoyable. There is a lot of potential there and I would expect Millennium will update and modernize but until they do. It should be a 2 or 2.5 star moderate hotel at best.”
