• Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

“I originally was looking for a hotel in Ouray, but nothing was available (at a reasonable) price, so found this hotel on priceline for a much more reasonable price than in Ouray and only about a 30-40 minute drive to Ouray from Montrose.”

“Attended a conference there. One of the speakers was not provided proper writing tool for the whiteboard. The guest room was fine.”

• Good location.
• Older Holiday Inn Express with small rooms.

“I stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels with some frequency and had reserved a "junior suite" because I was traveling on vacation. The room was very small in comparison to other Express locations, so I assume it is an older facility. They had taken their regular size room and crammed it with a sofa, sink area and small desk.”

• The staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

“Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful when it came to pointing out things to do in the area. Location was fine if you're only staying for one night; not many restaurants nearby, but quite a few within driving distance. Overall our experience was excellent with the hotel, especially traveling with two children.”
