• The hotel was dirty, there were things broken, not working, and the things advertised were not accurate.

“I had a horrible time at this hotel. I don't think there is possibly enough space to describe everything that was wrong. The rooms (as we were switched back and forth 3-4 times) were dirty, smelled bad, had air conditioning that didn't work, fire alarms that were broken, leaking ceiling, broken elevators, non working wi-fi internet, etc. After ALL my troubles and bouncing around in different rooms with my small child, I was told I would recieve some type of refund for my troubles. My refund was 16 dollars?!? I would never stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone else.”

• Helpful - friendly staff.
• Pool was a little small and no hot tub.

“We were traveling with a group and discovered the hotel we were booked at was just awful. We called the Hampton Inn and they were able to get our whole group (approx 12 families) into their hotel on the same date. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. My children wanted to live there. I can't say enough about the staff and building, overall a great experience. Thank you Hampton Inn.”

• It was close to area attractions.
• It was a decrepit mess

“This hotel was horrible. The rooms were dirty, the pool was closed the majority of the time. None of the ice machines worked. There were mice in the room. There were insects around the food in the breakfast area. There was no hot water and the shower did not work. When told of this the hotel staff would not come and look at it.”

• Continence.
• Dirty, run down, and needed lots of repairs.

“I would call a renovator into that hotel and revamp it. Very out dated and dirty. Needed lots of repairs and staffing were just horrible. The pool area was not maintained. The whirlpool was making sparking noises and the pool floor was dirty.”

• Filthy, bad beds, bad food.

“The worst Days Inn I ever experienced. The beds were creaky and worn out, the shower had mold and bad faucets, the breakfast food had ants on it.”

• Nice indoor pool and exercise room.
• No microwave or room refrigerator.

“The room was okay. At best okay. I could have gotten just as much in a cheaper chain of motels.”

• The Room was Clean and the Bed Comfortable.
• No Remote for TV. Wireless Internet Not Operating.

“This hotel was not up to par and was not like other Days Inns that I have stayed at. While the room was clean and comfortable, there was no remote control for the TV in the room and I was not able to get the Hotels network to assign an IP address to my wireless internet capable laptop computer. Also the free continental breakfast served left a lot to be desired.”
