• Clean, attractive, comfortable, and safe; very nice quality
• Room had slight smell of cigarette smoke

“Hotel was very attractive, clean, convenient, quiet, and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Continental Breakfast was extensive, well beyond bagels and fruit! Hotel could be classed above "moderate."”

• Very Clean, Great facilites, could not ask for a better stay.
• There is nothing bad about this hotel.

“This is hotel is VERY clean, bed and bathroom were spotless. It felt very comfortable and enjoyable. Great breakfast in the morning, well stocked, great variety, plenty of seating.”

• In all instances the staff was quite friendly.
• I was slightly disappointed not to find a microwave in room.

• Didn't have automatic sliding front doors into the lobby.

“This was a very clean and staff friendly hotel. I was very pleased with our room and the price. The breakfast was well stocked and there was quite a variety.”

• Check in staff unwilling to change from double to king.

“Decent, clean hotel with easy access off the interstate. Nice breakfast bar. Unhappy with staff not willing to change type of room from two doubles to king.”

• Breakfast-bar, convenient location, and clean.
• Some of the vending machines haven't worked for my last two trips.

“Warm, pleasant rooms; comfortable and cozy beds; and a nice start to the day with a pleasant breakfast bar; these are some of the reasons I frequent the Fairfield.”

• It was clean and updated decor.
• I wish the Jacuzzi was bigger.

• They had a nice continental breakfast selection and eating area.
• It wasn't as clean and friendly as I wanted.

“The staff was friendly until we had a problem. The attitude was then very rude. The room had been only spot cleaned. There was a shaving gel cap left from the previous guest on the sink counter. Also there was a wash cloth hung on the shower curtain rod. It made me wonder, "What else was missing?"”

• The hot tub.
• The staff was very unfriendly. Very rude people.

“I would not recommend this hotel. When I asked for a rollaway bed they said they didn't have any. They were very rude during the entire process. I wish I would've gotten their names and reported them to management. Don't stay in this hotel if you have a choice!”

• Location, parking, staff nice, hot cookies at night.
• Room tiny we literally did not have enough space.

“It is a relatively new hotel with a great location and ample free parking. Nice staff, pool hot tub and exercise room. We ran into 2 problems. Our room was absolutely tiny, and there is no internet access, no Wi-Fi, they offer ethernet, but it was not operational during my stay. Their common use computers were stolen the week prior so I literally had to get in my car with my laptop at 1:am and go to the parking lot of another hotel to get Wi-Fi.”

• Easy to find helpful with extra's like plates and grandkids.
• Had to ask for the garbage to be handled and towels and bed to be taken care of twice.

“Easy to find and easy Interstate access. I would stop for a one night stay again by not a long stay.”

• For the price. You can't beat the hotel!
• Sometimes the front desk is slow to respond. But overall very pleased.

“We have stayed several times at this location and we are very pleased with it every time. For the price. You can't beat it!”

• Great breakfast with a Belgian waffle maker. Indoor pool.
• Internet requires USB connection. Needed directions, would be nice.

• Very clean, great continental breakfast, comfortable bed, location was very convenient.
• The lady in charge of the breakfast bar was very rude to hotel guest as they tried to serve themselves.

• The rooms (2) were of nice size.
• The hotel seemed short of staff. The rooms (2) were not ready. The pool wasn't much bigger than the spa.

“My biggest complaint about this hotel was that it was under staffed. We went to check in at 3:00 and the rooms (2) were not ready. We left and went to eat, came back about 2 hours later and the rooms were still not ready and we had to wait to check in. There was only one front desk staff and she was trying to make reservations and check everyone in. Once on the floor of our rooms, the maids carts were still in the hall and the hall space was barely big enough for the carts let alone guests too. The rooms were quiet large (large enough to use queen size beds instead of doubles) and clean. Overall the outside of the hotel had curb appeal. When you enter the hotel, the foyer is small and so is the front desk area. The pool is quiet small too especially since I had children who wanted to swim.”
