“Sticky floors, no towels in the room, bathroom door broken in half, threadbare sheets, smoke detector tampered with--you name it, this was a terrible place to stay.”

• Good parking.
• lost reservations, missing light bulbs, lack of towels, too few hypo-allergenic pillows, cold water in the hot tub, bad restaurant service.

“This once proud member of the Hyatt family has fallen on hard times and is in need of a major overhaul from top to bottom. If only a savvy operator were to see the potential it might be saved, otherwise the downward spiral will inevitably bring about it's demise.”

• It was near my friends house.
• room service trays were left in hallway for very long time.

“This hotel has a bad reputation that precedes it. It really wasn't that bad but we didn't have a good experience overall, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. The attached restaurant didn't seem good either. While waiting to be seated we saw the hostess sweep up trash, throw it out, then carry our water glasses with her dirty fingers inside them! Also the bench seats were incredibly dirty and old looking. We decided not to eat at their establishment.”

• Uncomfortable beds, worn out run down dirty room, terrible pillows, no room service menu in room, bad food, smelled awful.

“This hotel is old and run down. The rooms were awful with uncomfortable beds, scratchy linens, and old thin and hard pillows. The staff couldn't even give me directions to a major University fifteen minutes away. There was no room service menu in the room. The bathroom was old and filthy looking. There was no soap in the room. Every time I left the room my key card had to be re-programmed because it stopped working.”

• The restaurants and pool.
• It was a little dated and noisy.

“This hotel was a great value of the price we paid, if we had paid more I would have been disappointed with it. It is not a very attractive hotel but everything was relatively clean although it was old. The food in the restaurant was Ok we only had breakfast but it was a little overpriced for the quality. The room was ugly but was clean and comfortable. There are many things for kids to do video games, pinball and swimming.”
