• The Comfort and the Very Accommodating Staff.
• Pool needed to be heated.

“We recently had a Family Union and we had a Wonderful Time! The staff was very accommodating to us. Although the rooms are not perfect and not without blemishes I did find it to be clean and the beds very comfortable! I would stay there again and have a few times. I wished the pool was maybe a little cleaner but there is a lot of wind in the desert ( we lived in YV for many years) that blows all into it and it needed to be heated.”

• Price.
• Poorly maintained, not real clean. .

“Just too many things wrong here. Door wouldn't open without very hard shove. The wireless internet didn't reach the rooms like they claimed. Uncomfortable bed. Curtains wouldn't close (had to fix it myself). Cable went out. Ceiling creaked. No hot water in shower (worked in the sink though). Stains on carpet. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee and very cheap Danish. .”

• The room was near the pool.
• We were locked out of our rooms twice. The expiration dates of the magnetic cards was not set to our checkout date.

“The overall setting of the hotel was nice. Our room was facing the pool. The room was clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and courteous through out our stay. The weekend Continental breakfast consisted of fruit coffee and juice. The week day breakfast was better sweet rolls and donuts were added to the breakfast. There were no telephone books in our room. We had to obtain one from the office. The only irritating part of our stay was being locked out twice during the stay.”
