• You have Univision (Spanish channel) in the rooms. That is very important to me.

“This is a really nice place to stay, and close to everything you would need. I will say that another hotel chain that used for a number of years recently lost my business because they lacked the things that this hotel has: Better security. Better television (choices). Helpful, courteous staff. Better parking. Overall, very nice place to stay!”

• This hotel allowed for us to have our dog to stay with us. The kitchenette was very convenient.
• Lack of courtesy shampoo/conditioner, extra fee required for housekeeping service.

“Overall this hotel was pleasant, clean, and provided the basic needs. Good enough for our 3 nights stay, since we only slept there. Conveniently close to our Sacramento destination.”

• Easy freeway access. Many fast food right next door.
• This is on the very edge of west Sacramento and very isolated.

“Great place to stay. Full kitchens, very clean, friendly staff. Strange policy for shampoo though - you have to get it from the front desk, it's still free, but you have to go ask for it.”

• Local to work, inexpensive.
• Pillows were uncomfortable.

“This was my best stay at the extended stay. The room was quiet, the shower was more powerful than both the Red Lion and the Doubletree, and the show time cable was a great benefit.”

• Nothing!
• Bare bones interior, loud air conditioner.

“I think this place is one step above a crack house, no shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. They even charged me $5 to use their Wi-Fi for the night. Located close to the freeway so I could hear all the noise. Cheap walls and floors so more noise was generated. I didn't get a wink of sleep. Worst hotel experience ever!”

• Water got turned off, location was ok.

“Most extended stays are between a 1 and 2 star. Pillows are terrible, rooms are big. This one had no pool.”

• It is exactly what one would expect from an extended stay.
• Seemed to be on the edge of an industrial area.

“The hotel seemed fairly new. It is located directly off of I-80 and is across from IKEA. Directly next to the hotel is a gas station, Starbucks and jack-in-the-box. Very convenient, the next morning on my way to the airport, which took only 15 minutes to get to. The room was of typical extended stay design and quality. Just newer and probably cleaner for the same reason. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying for a night. If you are on business for more than a week there really isn't much to do in the immediate area.”

“The room was clean, appropriately furnished for a 2-star hotel; the bathroom was in good order. However, the TV noise from the next room at 11.30 pm and 5 am was unacceptable.”

• Centrally located between the two areas I frequented with easy access to freeways. Easy for friends/family to find me too.
• Didn't like the fact that there was only one laundry room in a two-story hotel. Nearly impossible to wash clothes during normal hours.

“I found the hotel clean, the staff professional and my room spacious and nice. Definitely a great value if you're not looking nor need the traditional amenities of a hotel. Great overall stay--definitely would stay here again and recommend you considerate as well.”

“First room I was in, the toilet was plugged. Told the front desk and was moved to a second room. In the second room, the thermostat was broken, so the room was too hot at night and too cold in the morning. All in all, not a good stay.”

• There was a full kitchen with all items needed.
• No hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

“It was a nice place to stay on an overnighter, but I wouldn't want to be here for longer than that. It was just smaller than I expected and didn't have as many room amenities that I wanted. I guess if I wanted to stay there and eat in, it would be a great place to stay! It just wasn't something I needed during this particular stay.”

• Had a good air conditioner.
• Cigarette burns on bedspread. Requested 2 extra pillows, did not get them.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The bedspread was awful, full of cigarette burns. We requested additional pillows, which I even said I would go down to the front desk to pick-up.”
