• Convenient to Highway.
• 6 miles and two cities distant from my selected city.

• Nice room.
• Cold, under construction.

“The interior work was not completed - center space not open. No coffee place - no Starbuck's. No lunch. Restaurant in large room with tables in corner. Room was very cold - only warm day was when temp. outside rose and solarium heated the space. My room temp was between 66 - 67 degrees max even when I adjusted thermostat to 74 degrees.”

• Small fitness center, no variety of strength training equipment.

“My overall experience positively exceeded my expectations as it was my first time staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel for future travels. Professional staff, immaculate and quiet room settings made my stay a pleasant stay.”

• It was right off the freeway.
• The comforter and decorative pillows had stains.

“The rooms on the back side of hotel sits at the end of a small airport runaway. It's loud, and we could hear everyone else's TV even from across the hall. At check-in, I wasn't given any information about what building we were in, where to park, not even a map of the site. The room smelled bad. The bedding was dirty with stains even hair on the decorative pillows. The AC sounded like it was going to explode. They do provide you with one little bag with earplugs, eye mask, and lavender spray, oh and a relaxation CD and only one for a two people in the room. Maybe this was so you can't see where you are, or hear the airplanes and to mask the foul odor. Lighting on the outside of the building is bad, some lights didn't even work. Overall I would not advise anyone to stay here even it if was free.”

• The room could have been cleaner, and air conditioner was very noisy and did not work well.

“The rooms were ok, but could have been cleaner. The bar was closed to a private party which I have never come across, and the food was marginal at best.”

• I thought the gift left on the bed was a nice added touch (lavender scented spray and eye comforter).
• The outside of the building was not as appealing as the inside. The bathroom door opened the wrong way.

“The hotel apparently had been remodeled inside. It was nicer than we expected. We were pleased with this hotel.”

• Toilet was not totally cleaned, spa shut down due to mechanical problems.

But I got a real cheap price and usually you get what you pay for.”
