• No shampoo in the bathroom.

• When I got to leave.
• Everything unfortunately. Attractive exterior.

“This was a very uncomfortable stay. The location was far from anything. No good food choices and a long drive from main highways. The pillows were literally paper thin. we didn't know that there was no housekeeping so we ended up with no fresh towels or linens. Overall a really poor experience. We expected at least maid service daily.”

• Clean, quiet, private, very expectable would stay again.
• Internet was included, all 2 stars I know have free internet.

“This hotel was great except it did not have free internet, all 2 star hotels I have ever stayed in have free WiFi and breakfast.”

• There was a kitchen! That was cool!
• There was no pool!

“Overall good. Can't walk to a store really from there but theres one just on the other side of the FWY. They need a pool to draw in families. But good for business travelers.”

• The front desk folks had great first impression as they were very professional and nice.
• The Jacuzzi was very small and could've been warmer.

“My husband and I were very pleased with the room, it was classy and roomy. We liked the convenience of nearby restaurants. We just can't go wrong with a Marriot!”

• Hotel front desk staff was very helpful.
• No pool or Jacuzzi.

“This hotel was clean and quiet, which was amazing since it is right by a major highway. The hotel desk clerk assisted me with getting me hooked up with wireless internet, and was patient and friendly. The room was outfitted with a small kitchenette and the bed was comfortable.”

• Shower was broken and did not find out right away.

• Everything the rooms were to small.

“This place should be called battered women. This is not child friendly, customer services means nothing to them. This place needs better employees and maid service. The rooms need to be updated this motel is a zero.”

• I loved the fact that no one would be entering my room until I requested cleaning.
• Some times I could smell the food other guests were cooking.

“This is a great place to stay if you don't want to eat out every meal. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were very cordial and professional.”

• It was a roof over my head.
• First room assigned had not been cleaned, had to get a different room.

“The hotel and the room in general look so worn out and dirty that I was afraid to walk barefoot inside my room. Seems like the staff has trouble keeping track of what rooms have been cleaned and which ones haven't. First room assigned had not been cleaned, so when I opened the door it was a mess. Had to return to the lobby for another room. The attendant mentioned that it happens regularly and they blamed repeated incidents on the cleaning staff. Also, their trash collecting staffs use the same elevator hotel patrons use. You are bound to be in an elevator that smells like garbage just because moments earlier they transported the trash in the one elevator in the hotel. I do not understand how they can stuff the elevator with a huge trash bin!”

• Very well insulated from freeway noise, quiet room.
• No hair dryer provided in room; thin walls between rooms.

“We were in town for a four day event at Pomona fair plex, just about 15 minutes north from this location. There is a large shopping center w/von's just across the highway, and very easy highway access. No freeway noise could be heard while inside the room. Great for our needs.”

• The kitchenette.
• It was extremely dirty and they checked us into a dirty room.

“Upon arrival, they gave us a key to a dirty room that they showed "clean". They moved us to a clean room. It was non smoking yet the entire floor smelled like an ash tray. There was trash from a previous guest underneath the bed and just overall unclean.”

• The hotel is nice, clean and quite.
• The bed.

“The motel is clean and quite. The only problem for me was the bed, it was not as soft as I prefer, but I would stay there again.”

• Good location.
• Residual smoke in the room was a turn off.

“If rooms are to be designated as no smoking rooms, make sure people don't smoke in them. After the first day, the rooms smell like smoke.”

• Worked will for me.
• Nothing really to complain about.

“Very functional, no complaints. Just about says it all. Was not expecting Monte Carlo, and I did not go to Monte Carlo the hotel did everything it should have. And, if not 100% perfecto, still it did it very well, and I had no complaints. I gave it mainly 9's out of 10 that should be pretty good.”
