• Full breakfast was outstanding & coffee was great.
• Elevator locations.

“Thoroughly enjoyed my 5 day stay. The rooms were clean, staff very accommodating and friendly and the full breakfast every morning was delightful. My stay was 9/7 to 9/12/06. The negative reviews I read prior to my stay proved to be false !”

• Excellent Breakfast 6-9 am daily.
• Mattress was bad, wallpaper peeling, carpet stained.

“Hotel needs some upgrades or local competition will soon eliminate this hotel. Carpet, bedding and wall paper need to be replaced.”

• The amenities; Breakfast bar, lounge, housekeeping.
• Need to get HBO.

“The location for our traveling and site seeing ventures was ideal. Local shopping etc. was close by.”

• Breakfast buffet was nice.
• Pool area needed to cleaned daily (tables, chairs) due to bird droppings. Rooms could have been nicer.

“The first night there we had a live cockroach in the bathroom. It was removed promptly but that was still disgusting. We came back to the hotel one evening and our cards had been demagnetized. Considering I had told the head house keeping person that we had extended I was really annoyed when I had to go to the lobby at 11:30 pm to get it corrected. When I asked for a different room at one point I was given a run around about when a room would be available. ”

• The Windemere was a nice hotel with a nice pool and spa .The best part was the breakfast buffet and that children were free.
• I thought the bathroom was not as nice as it could have been and the carpets were a little dingy.

“All in all I really enjoyed my stay at the Windemere. It was in a good location, the staff was friendly, the rooms were great for the price we paid and the Hot breakfast buffet was wonderful.”

• Nothing.
• Noisy, uncomfortable beds.

“I checked out after one night. It was noisy and I didn't feel safe, traveling alone. The star rating shouldn't be over a one. I didn't like it so I moved across the street to the Fairfield Inn by Marriot.”

• A little hard to find.

“This was my first time going to Arizona. and I loved it, all because of my stay at the Windermere! the staff is the most courteous staff that I have seen in a long time at any other hotel. Great pool area, the room was spotless, and the restaurant was great.”
