• I liked the feeling of community.

“I liked the lay out of the area. My son, his wife and children were also there. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very pleasant. We enjoyed the common area. Our grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool very much. It was a very pleasant stay.”

“This hotel is a college student party hotel. You will not get any rest until 11:00 PM. Neighborhood is not safe.”

• Location.
• Noise and smell.

“Room stunk of smoke, even though it was a no-smoking room. A/C vent rattled so loudly, I had to turn off the A/C. Hair dryer smelled like it was on fire. Window didn't lock. Motorcycle roar started at 7:00 am in the parking lot. A miserable hotel experience.”

• Suite type rooms.
• Lack of hot water.

“Was once an apartment complex that has been converted to a hotel. Loved the spacious rooms with separate living, kitchen, and bed rooms. Area seemed safe, very close to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Free happy hour at the pool and free breakfast at the neighboring restaurant were a very nice surprise.”

• The fabulous breakfast.
• Wish the internet connection in the lobby had a printer.

“The hotel was perfectly located and the room staff were excellent. The room was always made up quickly while I was out to breakfast.”
