• I liked the look of entry way. I liked the frig and microwave in the room. The room is a good size also.
• I did not like the cigarette holes in the bedspread, when I'm in a non smoking room.

• Heater didn't work first room, changed to other.
• I didn't see high speed hookup for my computer in room.

“I made a unplanned decision to spend the night at the hotel and was accommodated. When the heater in my room didn't work, the desk person immediately offered maintenance or change my room. I chose the latter. I appreciated that. I would stay there again.”

• I liked the location of the hotel.
• The room was below average and small.

• They called a cab for me.
• Stains on curtains. When I opened the curtains the pull bar fell off. Some staff was not customer friendly!

• The front manager was very nice. The breakfast was good.
• Smelled like smoke on bottom floor. No place for dinner or room service.

“The staff, especially one man at the front desk, was nice and things were clean. The bottom floor smelled like stale cigarettes which was unappealing. There were places to eat close by, but none inside the hotel which is something we like when we stay in a hotel (esp. room service). There was a fridge and microwave in the room for snacks. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful especially for the kids.”

• Friendly staff.
• A little out of the way.

“This is an OK Business-Class hotel. It was clean and everything worked. They did forget to clean my room one time, but that may have resulted from a reservations mix-up. The breakfast did not always have eggs, but that may have been because the place was not too full. But overall, I would stay there again, and recommend it to anyone.”

“Friendly and efficient staff with a good location. Close to 101 and Scottsdale rd. Clean rooms although somewhat smaller than expected for price paid. Breakfast was only fair.”

• We arrived early and they were still able to get us into a room.
• Our room was right next to the stairwell and the door slammed every time someone used it!

“This is a continuation of my comment above: There were some teenagers going in and out of the stairwell and as I mentioned above the door would slam every time. The hotel really should put a closer on the door so that it does not slam!!! I did not have a chance to mention this to the hotel so I am hoping you can pass this on.”
