• The staff was very nice and I give them a 10.
• The Bathroom.

“The staff is great, but the hotel needs some renovations. Sink was cracked, toilet seat moved when you sat on it, the towels had holes in them and the AC was very noisy. It was 110 degrees out that day and our room was very hot when we arrived and it took forever to cool off.”

• Comfortable beds, nice furniture.
• Some of the more permanent fixtures and furniture are getting worn.

“It was convenient for my purposes, the breakfast was handy, but it was lacking in healthy choices. Lots of carbs and cholesterol. The pool was OK but the key locks on the gate were very good for keeping kids safe.”

• Lady was accommodating, cheerful (we arrived after midnight).
• Not everyone was as attentive as others; there was one young lady that was ineffective, always too busy to be of assistance.

“This hotel was easy to reach from the hotel. It's clean and pretty up to date without being overly sterile. The staff, on the whole, is wonderful.”

• Pet friendly clean nice staff.
• Breakfast bar facilities.

“Nice & clean. Lots of people there with pets. The staff was nice. The breakfast bar was nice to have but the hot stuff was not great and they didn't replenish the food that often in the morning - still a nice freebie. Hot tub was nice. The staff was accommodating.”

• Free breakfast.
• The roll away bed was $10 for springs poking you. No clean towels available.

“The front desk was not that friendly. I needed more towels for the pool and they said they were out until the morning. I asked if I could have some more towels for the room and they also said they were out. I asked why they didn't have any towels and the front desk gave me grief and then finally brought some towels.”

• Good breakfast, nice pool and friendly staff.

“Very friendly and met all of the needs that we had. Nice breakfast facility and the hot tub and pool were great. The location was great less than 5 minutes from loop 101.”

• Nice person at front desk.
• This place was a dump, cigarette burns all over the room.

“Not as advertised, I will never stay there again, bar was closed over the weekend because of short staffing.”

• Location of this hotel was close to where we needed to be.
• We didn't venture down to the lobby area much, but this area was very nice.

“The overall stay was okay, not great, just okay. They are currently going through a renovation and this would have been nice to know. I called in advance and requested a crib for our baby, but when we arrived and reminded them of it, they didn't have any, apparently thrown away as part of the renovation. There was no communication to the front desk of this because the girl who helped us was shocked that they didn't have any. The room we stayed in had not been renovated yet and was noticeable. There was mold present on the bathtub fixtures. Other than those two complaints, it was okay.”

• Good pool, not crowded. willing staff.
• My room, 217 needed a renovation. Some rooms are being renovated now.

“Good location right off north I17. Quiet, secure, good buffet breakfast. Some rooms were being renovated during my stay, so ask for those when making reservations.”

“I always stay at the Crown plaza (awesome). This time got stuck with a dirty, stinky place, horrible service, beds were hard and lumpy, I HATED IT.”

• The room smelled when we checked in but after having on the air conditioning it subsided.

“Old, previous Wyndham Garden (which was nice at one time). Halls are dingy--if I didn't have my husband, I might not have felt the safest for the area--both indoors and outside in the parking lot.”
