• Room was clean, beds comfortable.
• Rowdy guests, little and inconvenient parking.

“This hotel has been refurbished since Marriot took it over, but it is in a bad area of Mesa and was having a motorcycle convention at the time I was there. This took all parking, and was loud and crude. There are few local restaurants, and this area is not good. A drunk tried to enter my room at 4 a.m. This was not a good stay.”

• Staff was very accommodating, correcting any problems quickly and professionally.
• Food Buffet served cold food.

“Centrally located downtown for the business traveler. Clean and well equipped rooms and the concierge floor is even nicer.”

• Very nice hotel.
• Didn't like the area the hotel was located.

“hotel was very nice. No complaints. Didn't like the area the hotel is in at all. Next to a probation office and the part of Mesa it's in I didn't like. I wouldn't stay here again for those reasons.”

• The beds were wonderful, the staff great .
• They charged for wireless internet and the Jacuzzi wasn't working properly. TV stations were limited.

• It was very nicely appointed and had a wonderful view of the surrounding area.
• I liked it all.

“The hotel was beautiful, clean, just down the road from the main downtown street, quick access to everything. The stay was very enjoyable, wish it had been for longer.”

• We loved every aspect of this hotel, the room was great and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We will be back.
• There isn't one thing we didn't like.

“This hotel was exceptionally aware of it's guests, very pleasant staff. The room was very comfortable and the bed was extremely cozy. Loved it.”

• The view from the room they gave us.
• The decor was outdated.

“The staff at this hotel was friendly. The hotel was clean, although the interior of the rooms were outdated. We were on the seventh floor (on the side of the pool) with a very nice view which helped out stay. We spent very little time in the hotel and did not eat at the restaurant. For the price I paid I was very pleased.”

• Courteous staff. Cleanliness of the hotel in general. Loved staying each time I reserved a room.
• No complementary water. Options other than coffee should be offered. Like hot cocoa.

“I am still venturing at each stay at the hotel. My overall review about this place is excellent. Need to keep record of number of stays and plan a free night or two anywhere within the U.S. Just a suggestion. Keep up the good work.”

• Marriott runs a very professional operation and employees are very helpful and seem to take pride in their hotel.
• I have no complaints at all.

“Everything was in its place and ready upon arrival. The staff checked and double checked to make sure even the smallest details were in place. Example, a staff member went to the pool area to make sure there were plenty of towels available when I told him some of my grand children were coming to swim.”

• This is our favorite place to stay, so clean and love the beds.
• There is nothing we dislike about this hotel.

“We would choose the Marriott every time. It lives up to it's 3 star rating. It is clean, close to where we need to be when coming in from out of town, and they really do have the best beds in the business. Great night sleep and a very satisfactory stay.”

“Great facility for visiting Mesa, itself a very pleasant community. Hotel fairly far away from my relatives in Apache Junction. Rush hour on I-60 starts around 2 p.m.”
