• The hotel staff was the most pleasant we have ever had anywhere. One of them went out of his way to be of service to us.

“Our stay was great but short because we were flying out the next morning but if we ever go back to Phoenix we will stay here just because of the way we were treated by the staff. One of the staff was very helpful with everything we needed.”

• The hotel was under construction but they did everything possible to make up for this incipience with perks.
• No problems with this hotel.

“This hotel was very close to the airport. The rooms were big and recently updated with new comforters. They had a happy hour and free drinks for guests. The pool and hot tub were very nice and opened as long as we wanted it to be. We ate from the room service menu. The meals were big and tasty. I would recommend. They are under construction now but soon will be better than ever.”

• Nothing nearby.

“The hotel is clean and lovely. The staff was a bit confused, but helpful as best they could. There is nothing nearby, so don't expect to walk to anything but the waffle house next door. This hotel is a good place for a business traveler or someone passing through to rest their head comfortably.”
