• Excellent front desk staff both at night and the next morning.

“I found this hotel to be convenient to I-17 and beautiful places to eat. Very helpful front desk staff and my room was quite nice for the money. I am a Starwood Frequent Traveler, but I usually don't stay in Sheraton's. Very nice and well priced.”

• Stains on the carpet and furniture were unpleasant.

• We loved the swimming pool!
• The check-in person was very rude and did not seem friendly.

• The boy that checked us in was friendly and the bed was comfortable.
• The Jacuzzi was not hot, and the room was semi-clean.

“I was surprised at how much the Sheraton Hotels are not kept up anymore. I was very surprised the hot tub didn't have heat and the room itself wasn't very clean. It doesn't appear that people put much of an effort into the cleanliness of the room, such as scrubbing the fingerprints off the wall, which makes me believe that nothing else is scrubbed either. For a three star hotel that was disappointing.”

• Convenient to shopping and restaurants.
• Swimming pool not large enough.

“This particular hotel has easy access from the interstate. What I liked most about the hotel is that it is close to a mall, movie theatres and numerous eating places. The rooms are very nice and clean.”

• The location was convenient, parking and internet was free.
• Rooms were small, dark, and not very clean.

“This hotel was okay but not great. It touts a total refurbishment but our room looked very dated and worn out. We did enjoy the pool area, free parking and internet access, and the location for our trip was just right. I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again but it was not too bad for the price we paid.”

• Location was great!
• Shower and air vents were not clean. Hot water smelled awful!

“This hotel was in a good location but was overpriced for the quality of the room. We had to clean the bathtub before bathing our kids and the return air vent overhead in the bathroom was filthy like it had not been cleaned in years! The hot water smelled like rotten eggs too.”

• Felt safe in the room.
• Some small children running in hallway early in morning yelling, very rude.

“The hotel was perfect for our needs with spending the day at Castles N Coasters. The kids were able to swim in the evening. The facility was nice and the room was very, very clean and comfortable.”

• Toilet didn't flush, fridge & A/C weak, no cont breakfast.

“Hotel was in a great location for travelers up and down the I-17 corridor, but they had some major problems with basic systems: the toilet would not flush, the A/C was wimpy, the refrigerator didn't work and they had inserted a shelf that did not fit.”

• Excellent room, with a wonderful mattress.
• Long walk to room, hallway lights filter into room at night making room very bright.

“The mattress and pillows were high quality and I was impressed with the room features such as the soaps, granite counter tops, and spaciousness. I had quite a hike to my room and my key cards kept discharging, but overall I would recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in the area.”

• Great location at Metro center.
• Room was very average. Bathroom wasn't really separated from room.

“Overall stay was good. Room was very average with bathroom separated from room with only a high wall. Staff was helpful although somehow our room key needed to be recoded after the first night. Food was good onsite but many outstanding restaurants nearby.”

• One staff member was helpful.
• Overall, we were very disappointed with this hotel.

“The carpeting was filthy, the furniture was dusty and the view was of condemned buildings. It was also next to the elevator and ice machine, which were very noisy. Through front desk said the hotel was full (mid-week), therefore would not change our room.”
