“This hotel is lovely, new, well-appointed, and convenient to travelers. The sleep number beds were awesome! They did put us right above the air conditioning units for the whole hotel, so the room was rather noisy.”

“It took the van driver a very long time to pick me up at the airport (Never had this happen before stayed here many times). When he finally showed up
I had many bags with me and he gave me
no help at all. The front desk recepsionist was so nice and apologized big time and upgraded my room and gave a free breakfast for the mistake. Over all this is a great property close to the airport which is important to me.”

“The only minor comment is that the closet door was broken and would hang open, which was a little dangerous with my 5-year old. Otherwise, the hotel as great. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The bathroom was not clean. The beds were sleep number beds and somehow I never seem to get the write number to have a comfortable sleep.”

“This is a very good hotel to stay at. However, the pool policy must change. Close the pool at 10 pm. I would check to see if the pool hours were changed before I stayed here again.”

“After I checked into the room toilet didn't work. I called down to the lobby and they sent up a repairman to fix the problem promptly. He said everything was fixed but at 2 in the morning it wasn't and the toilet wouldn't flush again and wouldn't stop running either. I didn't know which was worse having a broken toilet at 2am or requesting a repairman at 2am knowing I have to get up at 6am for a flight. Other than they not fixing the bathroom like they should have the hotel itself was very nice.”

“The only difference between these rooms and the regular ones were a flat screen
TV and a micro-wave and refrigerator. It was nice though and we enjoyed most of the stay except for the elevator problems and our closet slidding door fell off! The outside area was dirty and needed some upkeep.”

“It was
a smoking room, and I am on oxygen. Switched us to a damaged room under repair. They were not very nice about it, and we had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the room switch.”

“The van service is quite poor for this hotel. I arrived in the afternoon and waited 50 minutes to get picked up by a car service. The van starts running at 5 am to the airport. I have stayed here 10-15 times and I feel the quality of the hotel is going down. The staff is always friendly, but rooms not as clean as the past. Use to get a couple of free bottles of water in the rooms, not any more. Restaurant closed during the afternoon.”
