• Free parking.

“Very difficult to find, very noisy (thin walls), do not be late for breakfast since they do not refill the food after 9:00 a.m.”

• Walking distance to Chase Field and downtown area.
• Stayed in room next to stairwell (noisy at times).

“For the price, can't beat it. It was recently renovated and it looks like new. The desk person was professional, courteous, and helpful. The free breakfast was plentiful and varied. Wouldn't hesitate to make a return trip.”

• Clean and close to Chase Field.
• Pool was about 95 degrees at 10 pm. The spa was cooler.

• I like to walk after a long business meeting and it is a perfect distance for a relaxing walk back to hotel.
• I like microwave popcorn at night and it had no microwave

“I had a convention at the Phoenix Civic Center. I was able to park my car for free at this hotel and save the headache of traffic and parking fee around the Civic Center. The breakfast is great. I feel very safe walking back and forth. They even let me keep the car there after I checked out since the convention went until five pm.”
