“I have traveled extensively domestic and internationally. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Savannah GA. The room smelled, the bathroom was slippery, and the linens was dirty, the bed was not made upon arrival. Also, the staff was hostile and unprofessional, that included the manager of this hotel, after waiting for the desk clerk to contact the manager for two hours to do something about the room. She finally told me at 10:45 p.m. The manager said I can check out, that I saw the room before I checked in the hotel. I observed the room for a quick second. That was customer service representative decision. I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends, neither would I stay at this hotel again.”

“Excellent 'homey-feeling' Inn with a good continental breakfast and convenient location off of Route 60. Made both my trip to visit local friends and site seeing easy. Staff was very pleasant and attentive and it was walking distance to several eateries and bars.”

“Great location, near restaurants and freeway.”

“This hotel had a comfortable and homey lobby and general environment. The room was generally clean. The floor we were on as well as our room had a bad smell like cat urine. It did not improve even though we were there for 3 nights/4 days. The toilet in our bathroom had a broken seat that slid all around every time we used it. The continental breakfast was fair - not the best I've had. The ATM would not read any of my cards and the front desk said that it was temperamental but still could not help nor cash a check - they told me there was a bank down the street. The location of this hotel was very good - lots of restaurants nearby, a Target and a mall. It was easy to get on and off the freeway or drive down major streets into Mesa. We had good, easy access to our room from all four sides of the hotel, and parking was convenient. I am very particular about cleanliness, and this hotel passed my basic expectations. Compared to other hotels in this class and price, I would probably not stay here again.”
