“Check in was late, I was already charged on my statement and they tried to charge me a second time. Too tired to argue, they swiped my card again. Next day argued with them and they investigated and finally agreed it was prepaid. It was expensive.”

“I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Marana May 2-5 for a business trip. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very nice. While the staff is friendly, I have had a horrible experience with the management. I unfortunately left something in my room, and called the hotel the next day. It is now almost three weeks later and the hotel has not returned my property. I have done everything they told me to do, paid for the package to be picked up and shipped, but the manager has not returned my calls. I am very displeased.”
