• Staff was wonderful.
• Overwhelming odor of chlorine in pool - indicates that usable chlorine has broken down and chemical reaction of non usable chlorine is happening.

“Very nice & clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and breakfast area was very nice.”

• The staff was attentive and friendly.

“An aging motel with an excellent staff. Some of the fixtures in the room were showing their age, but an overall excellent value. Would recommend to everyone. Excellent breakfast, clean room, good exercise facility.”

• The desk clerk was very nice.
• I did not feel safe & I didn't look clean. Carpet was worn. Numbers on doors didn't match.

“I would not recommend. This Lee's is was horrible the first time. I have to find a hotel at 1Am in the morning. It was better than the last time but at 4am, you don't have much of a choice.”

• The friendliness of the staff really made me feel welcome and at home. The lady who checked me in was very helpful in directing me to my business des.
• Nothing. This is an excellent hotel for the price range.

“The room was very well kept, as was the entire hotel. The furnishings were comfortable and in excellent condition. The entire staff made me feel welcome and at home. The breakfast menu was good and the food was hot and good tasting.”

• The breakfast was great!
• Did not like the layout of the motel, but I would stay there again.

“This motel was great! The hot breakfast was better than any free breakfast at any motel where we have stayed! The rooms were a little worn but were really clean. The hotel staff was extraordinary. I will stay at this motel again!”

• No elevator.

“I am 70 years old and my wife & I had to take a second floor room. There was no elevator, so everything had to be carried up and down a long flight of stairs. We had to park around back of the motel and walk up stairs and down a long hallway to get to our room. My wife has some physical difficulties, so it is hard for her to walk any distance.”

• Very big, the bedroom was separate from rest of the room.
• Smoking rooms were around us, sometimes key didn't work.

“All in all, I enjoyed my stay. The price was okay, the location was great. The room key sometimes didn't work on our door. We had to use different techniques and tricks to get it to work. The room was bigger than what I expected, so that's always great. Like I said, overall it was a great experience.”

• Windows opened and there was a large sofa in room.
• Tiny tub, peeling wallpaper, smoke smell.

“The hotel was fine, personnel were wonderful. They took in dogs, a nice pool and their breakfast was good!”

“Upon checking in they were friendly and actually gave me an executive suite because they didnt have the room I wanted. It could have been a little cleaner but overall it was a good stay and excellent for the rooms.”

“Hotel was OK for a 2 Star. Only about 8 or 10 hotels in Muncie. This one is slightly above average. We probably will stay here again! Close to Ball State University and the stadium!”

• Small room, poor internet connections.

“This hotel is of poor quality. The rooms are called suites but they are very small so you get this feeling of living in a very small box. The internet connection took 30 minutes to get working and sometimes the connection worked and sometimes it didn't. The breakfast and the location were good.”
