• The staff were awesome, excellent!
• Nothing not to like.

“The staff were wonderful, we had a death in the family and several family members stayed here, the staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. please thank all the staff at Holiday Express for us.”

• The breakfast was very good.
• The bathroom floor was sticky.

“The staff was friendly. The room was nice. The carpet wasn"t very clean. But overall the room was good for the price and the breakfast was very good. I would recomend it to others.”

• Friendly staff, nice rooms, has an elevator, pool, and breakfast.
• Carpet could be steamed cleaned more often.

“I moved from my family home in Muncie 31 years ago. But when we come home for a visit, we stay here. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good (with concannon donuts best in Muncie) and the location is close to family, bsu, shopping and dining. It is quiet at night and the rooms are kept updated. Just recently they added high speed wireless to all rooms; and you still have access to the printer and fax through the front desk. The business office is now a snack and supply shops as of our last visit, 7 07. We have stayed here many times that the staff knows us by sight. And when we returned to Muncie for my father's funeral, they went out of their way to make that difficult time as comfortable as possible. .”
