“The room was very dirty and very moldy. It was a bad experience. From the moment you check in they will no refund your money. The entrance is pretty decent but when you get to the rooms they are terrible.”

“I chose this hotel because it was close to my appointment, had a pool and lounge. I arrived 55 minutes before the check in time of 3. I had to wait an hour for a room. There were lots of empty rooms. The pool was covered. (in August). I went to the lounge after my appointment and was told "The air conditioner is out, the beer cooler is out, so we are closing." The room was fairly tidy but smelled of Fabreeze. They had HBO in my room. It was one of only about 16 channels that worked. The TV was an older 24 inch with a cheap remote.”

“They don't do any maintenance at all. The clothes rack in the room was laying on the floor. The shower has black mold in the grout lines and gaps. I will not stay here again ( I come to Muncie every year).”

“Pool green, inner court pad the same trash in it the whole time we were there. Ice machine had not worked for ages, cobwebs in the dispenser. Lot was trashy and beer cans. down graded the room and did not down grade the price and told me they were discounting it anyway. Rude people at check in. Booked a king and got cob web queen. ”

“The staff wasn't very professional. They didn't have our reservation which was booked a month in a half in advance in the computer. They did however give us a Jacuzzi tub room for a price of a regular room, but we paid more anyway. The hotel wasn't really that clean and it looked like there was mold under the bed. We had to ask for our bath towels and the hot water leaked from the faucet in the bath tub.”

“This hotel is run down, the water in the tub ran the entire time we were there, there was mold in the tub, the blankets had nasty spots on them where they were soiled. The sheets were both flat, so the bottom sheet would not stay on the bed very good. The lights both didn't work, and some of them had no bulbs in them. When we first checked in, they charged us more than the agreed amount, and I had to prove with the email what the amount was, then they still argued that they have never charged below 59.99 a night. The agreed price was 49.99. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
