• Location - close to interstate and restaurants.
• Very old-needs repair. Lacked cleanliness.

“The staff was very responsive to my concerns. I did not feel that the first room they provided was clean, and they offered to move me to a better room. The second room was easily accessible and cleaner. The hotel is older, but has lacked maintenance (paint, carpet, etc.) and just did not feel clean.”

• Nothing.
• Staff was unfriendly, hotel was filthy and in poor repair, bad neighborhood.

“This hotel is not a good place to stay. The neighborhood is not safe, the facilities were unclean, the staff was not friendly or helpful in any matter, the room had wet stains in the carpet and looked as if it had not been cleaned. I will never stay in this facility again.”

• Old run down hotel, can't believe Ramada allows them to keep their name over it.
• Paint peeling off of the stairways and balcony, first room air conditioner quite at 1am.
