• Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful.
• Room was too small and did not have travel item support i.e. suitcase rack.

• Gave us the key to look at room and allowed us to leave.
• Everything. See below.

“Upon arrival (2:30 am est)at the front desk, they gave us the opportunity to see the room before checking in. We walked to a nearby hotel for the night. The following day, our cab driver told us the Inlet Inn is famous for drugs and hookers. You can't possibly imagine how bad this place was. You've been severely deceived if you believe the information your site has.”

• The man at the front desk was helpful.
• The room was dirty, and the continental breakfast was unappetizing.

• It was a place to sleep at the last moment.
• There was a person sleeping at the end of the hall when we checked in at 1:10 am.

“It is an OK hotel. It is not one that I would choose to stay in if I had the time to make other arrangements.”

• This hotel has a generally good location downtown.
• Man, is this place old and it does show its age!

“The place is OK for a business traveler who is looking for a budget place and does not expect more than a bed, toilet and small room. The location to shopping and some of the best eating places in Anchorage is good.”

• Staff very helpful free airport shuttle a plus.
• First room outside door lock broken.

“This is an older hotel with need for a little work. Overall rooms were clean and neat. Very convenient to downtown Anchorage. Free shuttle from airport convenient Great for 1 night but no amenities. On par with a Motel 6. Staff was extremely helpful to make sure our needs were met”
