• Good breakfast selection.
• The walls were pretty thin, could hear everything from next door as well as above us.

“This hotel was pretty nice for the price. It's right in between two hotels, so it was a bit noisy since we were on the first level. Also, the walls were very thin and we could hear talking from next door and above us.”

• Every staff person we met was friendly and helpful. The shuttle from the airport was timely and the bedding was very comfortable.
• Nothing.

“I would highly recommend this hotel. The bedding was very comfortable, the room heat quite manageable and the staff helpful. We had a short stay due to a travel stopover, but this hotel was a welcomed respite.”

• Heaters in the room are a little loud.

“We really like the hotel. Good general location. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. We stay there at least 5 times a year due to hockey games in town.”

• We arrived late, tired from a trip to Hawaii. The hotel was quiet..what we needed.
• Found nothing to dislike.

“The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel even though there were many guests, including a sports team from out of town. The kitchen facility was crowded in the morning but we still were able to have a nice,filling breakfast.”

• Clean pool and spa area. Good fitness room.
• Limited selection for continental breakfast.

“Crown Plaza - second stay and beautiful but served half our breakfast and said the other half would come in 20 minutes. We left and went to another hotel to purchase a breakfast!”

• Great kitchen area in the room.
• The food was very poor.

“The hotel we were scheduled to have was full, so they upgraded us to the hotel next door - Crowne plaza. It was new and very nice interior. The best pool/hot tub we have experienced at a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the quality of the food. I think we ate powdered eggs, but it was free.”

• Could not get adjoining rooms with our grown children.

“The Fairfield had overbooked so they put us next door at the Crown Royal and comped us two days of breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. It was great!”

• The hotel was new and very nicley decorated.
• The front desk hotel staff was very rude including the manager on duty.

“The hotel was nice, we were to stay in the Fairfield Marriott but was switched to the Crowne, that was next door. The staff was not friendly at all.”

• we were upgraded to this hotel due to problems at the fairfield

“We were upgraded to the crown plaza next door to the Fairfield due to some problems with the rooms. We got the mini suite for the same price at the Fairfield. I appreciate that the Fairfield took care of us. So I would have to say that they are both great and would recommend to anyone.”
