• Service was nice, bed comfortable.
• Cockroach in bathroom, seedy environment.

“This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. There is no continental breakfast, internet only in the office premises, noisy. I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. The place needs some maintenance.”

• Signage needs to be larger to locate easier.

“It was clean but needs updating. The front desk personnel made us feel welcome. Parking was over done with handicap spaces leaving us few options but to park on back side of our unit. Overall a pleasant stay.”

“This is a motel and it's a dump. It's in a shady area and allot of younger, questionable people hang out in droves with loud music and alcohol. ”

• The check in person was very friendly.
• The check out person was rude and had her children running around the lobby.

“It was a cold night and when we turned on the heater, the fire alarm went off continuously, therefore we choose to remain in the cold for our safety, the pillows were very thin, and water temperature in the bath tub was third degree burn hot.”

“Although this hotel did not seem to me like a 3-star hotel, the security was good, staff was friendly, and it was fine for an overnight stay because we didn't spend much time in the hotel anyway.”

• It was comfortable, cool, clean, and enjoyable to stay in. It also has a microwave and refrigerator; a place where you can relax.

“It a good place to stay because it was close to restaurants, stores, theaters, and place for sightseeing. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“The hotel was fine as a 1 Star hotel. I am very disappointed that you described this hotel as a 3 Star. I strongly urge that you reconsider the ranking of this hotel.”

• It was listed as a 3-star hotel, but I'm not sure why.

“The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable. I would say it is a nice version of a Motel 6. There were not in-room coffee or any of those kinds of amenities.”

• There is NOT anything I liked about it.
• O man where do I start!!!!

“There was people roaming all over the property at 2am. Rooms smelled like mildew, broken A/C (took for ever to cool) had to stick towel in peep hole because it was missing, had to scrub out tub because there was hair in it, furniture looked like it had been wet before, bed were hard as boards, pillows were may bed 2-3 inches thick (NOT lying) and at 6am got woke up by a dump truck.”

• Check in/out was quick and effective and the pool was nice.
• It was just 'normal' nothing fancy or great.

“It was difficult for us to locate, which is not the hotel's fault, but it was a bit hidden and the sign was behind a road sign so we missed it twice. The employees were decent and the hotel was not in bad shape, just average.”

• Nothing much to like- horrible experience- filthy hotel with terrible service
• Filthy, horrible service, bad location and security.

“I typically never leave negative feedback but this was a terrible experience. From the time we first glanced at the hotel to the time we left was a dreadful time with filthy room (literally- feet where black), inexcusable service (tried to cancel- was going to charge us regardless), and awful events (room was flooding by leaking pipes).”

• The price of this hotel was very inexpensive.
• My room was not clean and smelled bad.

“This hotel was not a (3) *** hotel as advertised. There was ground in dirt on the bath tub and it appeared to be there for many years. The furniture was worn and not in good condition and the A/C cover was missing. The condition of the hotel is reflected that it is priced much less than other hotels in the area.”

“This hotel does not meet the minimum standards for a single star hotel , it is not clean , it is not safe. Certainly not a place I would stay again nor bring my family along. I would not recommend at all this hotel for a family on vacation , a couple or much less a business traveler.”

• They got me clean sheets to take the place of the dirty ones on the bed.
• Dirty - gross people.

“Dirty! full of construction type people or party animals, did I say dirty, floors are grimy, there was a boomer thing on the counter by the sink, there was tons of hair on the bathroom floor, it was about the worst hotel I've stayed in.”

• It was a good value for the reservation cost of $42.00.

“I thought my wallet had died and gone to heaven. The hotel was similar to low-cost Southern hotels: The bed sheets and pillow cases appeared freshly laundered, but I didn't have much faith in anything else. The carpet, outer layer bedding, furniture and upholstery appeared very dirty/stained. The bathroom had clean towels and fresh soap, but the shower stall had considerable amounts of mold stains. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting the Ritz for $42. But next time I think I'll book with one of the national chains (Super-8, Econo, etc.)”
