• The hotel attendant was very helpful she changed my room as many times as it took for me to get comfortable.
• The bathrooms were disgusting, dirty, and the shower curtain had never been cleaned.

“I do not recommend this hotel to anyone; I actually left the next day because it was so nasty, when I paid for two days.”

• Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable.
• Hard to find. Swimming pool wasn't worth swimming in really small.

“The only bad thing was that it was hard to find. Everything else was great, though! The staff was incredibly friendly, and accommodating. The beds were much nicer than I expected, I fell asleep right away. The mirrors on the wall behind the beds were a little awkward, but overall the room was really great.”

• Comfortable beds.
• No hot water in bath tub, rocking toilet.

“Very poor. I was very upset to take a cold shower. We had 2 rooms and there were problems with both. I do not recommend this hotel.”

• Location was great, easy to access Stadium and Busch Gardens.
• Housekeeping did not come until 5 and 6 pm all nights we were there.

“Hotel location is nice, because you are less than 7 miles from all major attractions of Tampa Bay, malls, stadium, Busch gardens. The staff was friendly, but the service was poor. The room was never turned over prior to 6pm all 4 nights we were there. Kind of inconvenient when you get home from an early football game, and the room is just as you left it.”
