• The location, right on the bay! Balcony, for smoking! The pool, great!
• The room was dingy. Our sleep number bed didn't work! Dirty bathroom floor, wrinkled sheets, weird smell!

“Overall this was an average hotel for a one night moderate stay. Not romantic at all! And not a place where you would want to vacation long term! Jet ski guy was very friendly! Crab house food was not good at all! No room service or complimentary breakfast. Way over priced!”

• Free internet.
• Bunch of slackers, not a friendly welcome.

“Got to my room, used bars of soap were in the sink and tub. Got another room, because I felt like the rest of the room may be unclean, although appeared fine. Got the new room, and the AC was on and TV cabinet open, sheets not tucked in on bed. Very suspicious. Didn't feel like relocating again, so told desk in morning.”

• The view of the harbor on the second stay.

“Our room was very clean and the harbor view was nice, the elevators took forever when you called for it up or down. The location was good but I don't believe I would stay there again.”

• Work in progress - lobby smelled like paint and in disarray

“What I got was a construction area with painting going on in the lobby and furniture in the hallways. It was an embarrassment.”

• The hotel was great but their were food service trays out in the hall for almost a day!

“The hotel is under major remodeling so it was a bit messy, but nice. The hallways were dark and not very clean. There were food service trays that were out in the hall from 3:00 in the afternoon till at least 5:30 the next morning! The deck was nice off of the room but the chairs were quite worn. The pool area was nice but had used towels and drink cups all over the place. Just a lack of cleaning help to maintain an overall clean look throughout the hotel.”

• Hotel is in beautiful location right on the water!
• No breakfast included.

“The hotel is in a prime location. Its less than 10 minutes drive from the airport and right on the water. If you staying here on a Sunday make sure you check out the restaurant next door. They have a beach Volleyball court. Beers were cheap and food was good too.”

• The food at the restaurant was very good and great service there.
• Dirty everywhere; awful.

“Dirty and stained lobby carpet; unprofessional (appearance and manners) lobby staff; bad smell; nothing in the room outlining hotel amenities. Took me two days to find the restaurant! Waterside hotel with no advantage of it. The AC is too loud for sleep. Bed is nice (sleep number) but wall paper is peeling, sink is falling out of the vanity - stained tub.”

• Price and location.
• Hotel was old and in need of renovations.

“This hotel is in a good location (near the airport) and close to Clearwater. However, it's badly in need of a renovation. I'm guessing this is why it is no longer a Radisson. The wallpaper was crumbling and the chairs on the balcony were rotting. The shower drain was backed up.”

• Location close to downtown.
• No stationery in room (pen/paper).

“I will stay at hotel again rooms are nice, staff is friendly. Nice bay view. Location was centrally located for were I needed to be.”

• Karaoke- loud and long. We experienced a resort charge- this isn't a resort.

“Inside pool/Jacuzzi was closed for construction. Restaurant was closed. Loud/poor entertainment lasted late into the night. Very disappointed.”

• The area is next to the beach area and room has a balcony.
• The staff was not too friendly.

“My needs were met, king size bed that was comfortable, hair dryer, AC, fitness center, 24-hour business center and coffee maker.”

• They moved us twice.
• 1st room was humid and moldy; 2nd room was moldy; 3rd room was moldy.

“The rooms were disgusting. The first room we had was humid because the AC wasn't working properly. We checked it and it was full of mold spores. They moved us to a second room which was dry, but smelled of mold also (the AC was also full of mold spores. The third room they moved us to was also moldy although better than the first two. We ate breakfast twice in their restaurant - poor service and reeked of mustiness. Overall, this particular Radisson was far from being a three star (I've stayed in Radissons all over the world).”

• The view from the room was amazing!
• The staff was unhelpful and rude.

“The hotel is what we expected, good price, decent room, amazing view! The staff was not able to help us at all and seemed inexperienced and annoyed when we asked for anything.”

• Broken bed, TV blew up.

“Older facility, but nice. One of our beds was broken right in the middle, it was like sleeping in a salad bowl. The TV blew out as we were watching. The outside dining/lounge area was very nice. Staff was very friendly.”

• The bay view was nice but smelled horrible.
• The hotel needs some updating, our room smelled bad and felt mildew. The furniture was old, scratched and stained.

“Old, needs updated, and some air fresheners. The staff was kind of rude when we checked in, they were too busy talking to each other to be polite. Our room smelled like someone was changing dirty diapers.”

• It was our anniversary and they upgraded us for free to a bay view suite room. They were very kind.
