• Good location.
• Horrible service and staff and management.

“Horrible and horrible. I had my aunt's birthday there and I was so embarrassed. There were 4 gun shots on my floor. We left at 6 in the morning. They didn't even say thank you for coming or anything. I am never staying at another one again. I found 20 beer bottles in the lobby.”

• It did not have a pool.

“Overall the hotel was very clean. I expected a little bit more because it stated it was supposed to be a 3 star rating and I thing it was more of a one or two.”

• Close to interstate.
• Not clean.

“I was very disappointed in the accommodations While it is close to the highway, it seemed to have more local residents using the facilities for less than legal activities. One room in our group had to endure a party on the floor below that went well into the morning with what they believed to be trafficking going on. I would never stay in this hotel or chain again!”

• it was convenient to get to with map quest directions.
• Smelled of smoke in non smoking room a lot of people outside hanging out in area I felt unsafe

“My reservations weren't made the hotel was a 1 star hotel at best If I hadn't had my boyfriend of 6' with me I would not have even got out of my car It also took me 35 minutes to check in because reservations were not available to the clerk There was no continental breakfast that was suppose to be there and the coffee had been shut off in the lobby at 10 am I was very disappointed and apologized to my entire family for the smell and discomfort of our one night stay.”

• Linens were not changed. TV remote non-working. Very limited bath towels.

“This location was listed on your website as a Three Star hotel. I'm not sure who rates the hotels or their scoring criteria, but I assure you this was at best a One Star facility in my opinion. There was no internet connection as advertised.”

• The location was great and it has easy access to the freeway.
• The bed sheets needed to be washed and the water pipes were extremely loud.

“All in all I think that this hotel was a good value for staying one night. It had good access to the freeway and was close to gas stations and restaurants. For the most part the room was clean but the top comforter smelled and needed to be washed. When other guests were using the water in the other rooms it was very loud as well.”

• I didn't like anything about it.
• It stunk, no iron boards, dangerous neighborhood, poor service, no blow dryer, no breakfast, room was nasty, mattress was old and rough.

“I can not understand why it was ranked so high when it should have been ranked a one. The neighborhood is dangerous, in fact, when I arrived the lady at the desk was behind bullet proof glass and she handed me a warning note about the neighborhood. The room was nasty, thus, it smelled like mold and cigarette smoke. The beds are old and slept rough. Not to mention, the room offered no ironing board, blow dryer, coffee, and no other condiments such as lotion and shampoo. Consequently, The rate of the room was high for the quality of the room. I would never stay here again.”

• The staff worked to make us happy.
• There were roaches, big roaches in our room.

“ At $48 dollars a night, this hotel is over priced. Our first room had been poorly cleaned and several large roaches were living behind the bed. We called the front desk and were moved immediately to a new room. On the way to the new room, my husband was harassed in the parking lot by someone who was hanging around. We also had a hard time finding a place for our dog to use the bathroom. The pet policy is that you can have one pet less than 20 pounds, and the pet cannot be left in the room alone. The staff was kind to us, but the cleaning staff leaves a good deal to be desired. I would not recommend this hotel to someone with children.”

• Close to i-75.
• Poor quality. Guys drinking beer in lot.

“In a more remote location maybe a 2 drunks in the parking lot as my family drove up plumbing that floated in the wall...almost glued in place.”

• The service and management, housekeeping, I had reservation and didn't get a floor level room when asked for one they didn't have any more.
