• Courteous staff, great breakfast, beautiful and
  clean rooms.

• The room was clean & the bed was comfortable.
• I was not aware this was a smoke-free hotel until I checked in.

• Very clean, room was exceptionally clean and nice.
• The breakfast bar was not good. The gravy and biscuits were cold.

“Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean in the common areas and in the room. The breakfast bar was not as nice as I have seen at other hotels. The price was very good for the area.”

• Great hotel staff and very clean and neat. Mary Ross was phenomenal.
• Nothing.

• This hotel was very nice and, I believe, fairly new. It was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed and pillows were great!
• The only thing that was negative was the very hard biscuits on the continental breakfast. But there were plenty of other items to eat.

• The breakfast offered was awesome.
• We needed 2 beds, but couldn't get them.

“Very nice. The continental breakfast is awesome with a big variety of hot and cold foods. The staff was very friendly and the room was super clean. We always enjoy our stay at this Fairfield Inn.”

• One of the front desk staff was extremely friendly. Nice to see a smile and be greeted warmly.
• Breakfast staffer was clingy and annoying, wouldn't let me just relax and eat.

• It was close to what I needed.
• The staff at check in.

“When I checked in, the staff was less than cooperative. I've never had a problem switching from a single-king to 2-doubles - but they would not allow it. The pool area was great although the water was a little cold. It was very close to everything in Noblesville.”

• Our only complaint was our mattress was very uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep well.

• Nice TV, soft beds & lots of pillows.
• There are not any smoking rooms. Showers do not have hot water.

“Even though the hotel was nice & clean with a friendly staff, I will not be staying here again. You can not smoke in this hotel; you get the leftover rooms when the hotel is fully booked. You are at the mercy of the hotel & they can give you whatever they want. We got a (1) bed handicapped room which was not what we needed. These are the reasons I gave it a low 2-star rating.”

• The staff went out of there way to provide drinks for our grandkids after 10pm.
• No smoking rooms provided for smokers.

• Very nice for the price we paid and the hotel staff was very gracious.
• The air conditioner made the room smell bad.

• Not a lot of grounds, just parking lots and construction areas. Not Pretty on exterior

• Nice location, nice town.
• No roll away beds, no management available on weekends only Monday through Friday.

“The hotel was nice. The management is not available on weekends for problems. They expect the staff on duty to do the best they can do. They do not have roll away beds.”
