• The hotel was great. Beds were so comfortable. My husband had one of the best nights sleep he's had in a while.
• Would have liked a mini fridge in the room.

“We arrived late at night and left early the next morning. However, the short time we were there was awesome. Very friendly staff. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up.”

“ Generally helpful and receptive to my needs. However, I required a single page printout of a PDF and they wouldn't print one out, instead directed me to the business center which would have cost 6.95 for the single printout. ”

• Staff ready to please and readily helpful. Really good food. Regular trolley to go shopping etc.
• Update hallways. Clean back entrance of cigarettes.

“Very happy. Would stay again . Not isolated due to $3 trolley service. Laundry machines available. Fast houseman and prompt service on all requests. Great pizza.”

“When we got to our room the remote for the TV did not work, so we called for maintenance to come and fix it. They arrived promptly but after 3 trips and 4 or 5 remotes they still couldn't fix it. By this time we were on our way out for dinner and when we returned it still hadn't been fixed and now there was no remote in the room so early next morning I had to tell the front desk about this so we wouldn't get charged for a remote. The special sleep number bed they advertised was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in recently.”

• Bed is very comfortable (Sleep Number Bed) to sleep.
• Chairs and one of bed sheets was not clean. A floor lamp was broken.

• I've slept in nicer and cleaner Motel 6's.
• Staff, cleanliness, completely useless in helping handicapped.

“Sent me to two diff. dirty (unmade beds, room service plates,no towels etc.) rooms before finding me a room that had been serviced,refused help for handicapped, room was marked "No Smoking" and reeked of smoke("sorry no other rooms"), rude staff, management could care less about complaints, parking was valet only and not noted as such. I should have just gone to another hotel.”

• The number beds are like ours at home and the linens great!
• The AC in our room did not work well and took 2 tries to fix.

• The room was clean and very comfortable.
• Front desk staff rude and unaccommodating. Had to wait more than 30 min to check in.

“Nice clean beds and large bath. Common areas are lovely. The staff needs a refresher course on customer service. The line to check in was 4-5 deep and only one desk agent. Checking took way too long.”

• Great proximity to airport.
• $20 valet parking per night.

“Good solid hotel for the great Priceline price that I paid. Friendly valet people, front desk was also nice. Room was pretty clean and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in a similar situation.”

• The room was large, comfortable, and well equipped.
• The shower was a little old and difficult to operate.

“I stayed at the Radisson on a Sunday night before my 7 am flight departing LAX. Check-in was fast and easy, and the elevator took me up to my 9th floor room very quickly and smoothly. The room was spacious, brightly lit, and quite pleasant after a day of travel. I had a king size bed with a fancy form fitting mattress accessory I was too tired to make use of. The windows were large and looked out over an empty construction site of some sort. I found it to be peaceful and a reasonably pleasant view. The bathroom was clean and spacious, though the tub/ shower faucet was a little difficult to operate. The television was a good size and the cable offerings were substantial, though the movies were a little expensive. The cabinet that the TV was in was also a little awkward to work with. All in all it was a very pleasant stay for such a short time!”

• I liked that it was close to the outlet stores and only 10 minutes from Disneyland and right by the freeway.
