  • Free WiFi.
  • Run down, extremely tiny rooms, non-functional AC and heat, non-functional plumbing, absolute mess

“I would never stay in this hotel by choice.”

  • Good location.
  • Very noisy right next to a freeway, could not sleep.

“Staff was friendly and services were nice. However, the even with double windows you could year the traffic from a major freeway. I barely was able to sleep both nights. Next time I stay I will be insisting not to be put on the side of next to the highway. I hope it helps with noise reduction.”

  • Location.
  • Very small room, small bed, bad smell.

“I have felt very uncomfortable during my entire stay. The hotel seems to be old and the carpets did not smell good. The people at the reception area were very unfriendly when I expressed my complaint.”

  • The sleep number bed.
  • They did not tell us their pool & spa was not available.

“I would have given the hotel a higher rating if when we arrived there was not a "room service tray" of dirty dishes in the hall and it was still there when we went out later that night (several hours later).”

  • I love the comforter on the bed.
  • The pool and hot tub not open.

“The only reason we choose this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. The pool was closed and would not be open until June. I just wish they would have posted it somewhere. We also asked for a extra blanket, they said they would be right up. We never received the blanket.”

  • I like the convenience and variety of the restaurants in and around the hotel. The hotel was clean and had a separate smoking building.
  • Rooms do not have the Sleep Number bed.

“It was clean and quiet. I loved that it had a completely separate smoking building. As a non-smoker, allergic to almost everything, traveler it was greatly appreciated. The room service food was wonderful. Having OUTBACK across the street and a spa in the hotel was a great benefit to me as a traveler.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[7] • Location:[9]

  • The staff was friendly at check in.
  • There were bed bugs and over a week later I still have bites all over myself.

“The staff was friendly upon check in and they even called us to see if we made it to the room okay which was very nice. The room appeared clean and in order however I was quite itchy once I got in the bed at first I thought I might be having an allergic reaction to the detergent they use to clean the sheets, as I have sensitive skin. Then all these bites appeared on my skin. I thought they might have been fleas or something and said so at check out. The staff incredulously said they'd look into it, but I never heard back from them. Later I was told that they might have been bedbugs. I don't plan on ever staying there again.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[7] • Location:[8]

  • Good food from room service.
  • No shampoo.

“No shampoo in room. Maid said the hotel had been out for a couple days? Thats a 3-star hotel? No sleep number bed in room like advertised. Very thin walls so you can here everything in the hall and neighboring rooms.”

  • Great location close to the freeway.
  • Room old and dated, locks didn't work, got food poisoning.

“Unfortunately, the Radisson fell short of what is expected in a 3 star hotel. The rooms were old and dated (though clean). The staff was not aware of the word customer service and when asked if they could look up my frequent guest #, I was told that there was no number for me. The sleep number beds were not comfortable and if I set each side to a different number there was a hard ridge in the center of the bed. If I set it too low, the bed would swim when I got in it. Basically it felt like a futon. I ordered from room service again on this stay, and the Reuben sandwich was cold, untoasted, no sauerkraut and the meat was half fat. The Minestroni soup was so salty that it was inedible. It was unprofessional for the room service waitress to tell me that even though I had paid 18% gratuity and 8.5% tax, that she would like an additional tip! She didn't get one. About 7 hours later, I realized that I had food poisoning like I got on my first visit there. The business center printer would not print and the computer was unbearably slow.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[7] • Location:[9]

  • Location and accessibility to parking lot via sliding door.
  • Noise level / could use a general upgrade. Carpeting, etc. Seemed to be 7-10 years old.

“Very well located and convenient hotel. Adjacent to freeway with easy access to the 580 / 680 freeways. Walking distance restaurants include an in house bistro, an outback steakhouse, star bucks and others. Bistro has hot breakfast buffet. Dinner at bistro was good and reasonably priced. Where was the wine list? Comfortable bar area.”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[2] • Location:[7]

  • The whole place smelled like pizza.

“No mattress pad, old sheets, horrible bed, tiny room, old, only bedspread for covering. Lobby was old and smelled bad. Left in the night, could not sleep there. Worried if I put that city in again that that is where it would put us.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[10] • Location:[8]

  • Room and beds were very nice.
  • No complimentary breakfast. Had to pay 10 extra for 2 beds.

“The inside of this facility was very nice. The grounds left a lot to be desired. Patio area was not nice. Grounds were unkept outside our sliding glass door.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[7] • Location:[8]

  • The beds were comfortable and the room was pleasant.
  • Pool was closed, bathroom was out dated, people in room above were noisy.

“The pool was closed due to a fire and there was a temporary gym in a little room. The bathroom was outdated and didn't have an exhaust fan. The room we had was right next to the hotel's laundry room and the people (a group of teen & twenty something girls) above us were noisy. The noise woke us up three separate times during the first night, and each time we went up and asked them to quite down. The Business computer room had a single computer at which you had your back to the door. On the positive side the beds were comfortable as they were adjustable number air beds and the room was pleasantly decorated with a sliding back door to a court yard.”

Staff:[8] • Location:[10]

  • Good location, good public space.
  • Very small room, very small bed for two.

“I don't know if they have other rooms, but this is not a 3-star room. Way too small, very tiny bed. Very noisy a/c - hard to sleep.”
