• Nothing positive to say.
• Way to many negative things to say in 20 words or less.

“I have stayed in over 200 (yes two hundred hotels and motels and inns) in my life, This was by far the worst of the worst. Had I known that, of course I would not have stayed there getting in at such a late hour. The place reeked of smoke, the carpet is too old. The bathroom (if you call it that was filthy) I complained and and was upgraded from a dog house to a dog kennel. The staff was awful and if this is what this so called hotel has to offer its guest then please save my soul for I will never be back.”

• The heater worked.
• Cleaning crew turned off the heater during day. Sheets weren't changed during stay after soiling.

“Room was tidy, but carpets were filthy. My daughter wet her bed and they didn't even change the sheets, they just made up the bed. We had to walk down the inside hallway to get to our car and saw 2 of the rooms labeled non-smoking. You could smell the smoke coming from inside the room as people were actively smoking inside.”

“At first glance, this hotel looks like a skid row dump. The front desk person did not greet us and was unfriendly. We did not had the king bed room. When we checked out, however, the day clerk was apologetic.”

• Rooms are easy to get to.
• Room needed repair. Paint, wall paper falling of walls, carpet dirty.

“Hotel seems to be run on a shoe string. Maintenance is done only when they have to.”

“While the room was fairly nice and clean, the fitness room was a joke, the public facilities were worn down and old.”

• Manager was friendly, and good cable TV.
• Lights didn't work, non-smoking room still smelled like smoke.

“When checking in, I was pleased with the friendliness of the manager. However, once we got to our "non-smoking" room, the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, as did the room slightly. Only one out of 3 lights in the room worked and there was soap and shampoo left in the shower. However, it did come with free internet and cable TV, which provided our entertainment. The bed was somewhat comfortable, and provided 4 pillows. It also allowed us to regulate the heat. If the lights were fixed and the shower cleaned better, it would have been a 6 out of 10 experience instead of a 4 out of ten.”

• Cleanliness, workout center needed attention, and staff not happy.

“Fairly clean rooms, however more attention to the bathrooms. The bed was great to sleep in and the room was clean. However, the bed was up on a nicely carpeted stand, but the planks of wood stuck out 3-4 inches. It just seemed a little unprofessional. I know this is only a one star hotel, but this was a little strange.”

• Shabby, dirty, unsafe, expected to be asked if I would like the hourly rate.

“Lobby looks like a nice motel. Outside entry doors are not secure. Hallways were littered. Rowdy local bar next to motel. Due to bar patrons, parking space was unavailable by our first room. Our first room was disgusting. Carpet was sticky, I had to wear my shoes, comforter had blood stains on it (which I have pictures) the balcony door which faced the bar did not lock! Loud music from bar, people running around outside. When I called the front desk and they couldn't fix the door, they asked if I wanted another room. I said yes. The clerk left, then ten minutes later the front desk called to ask if I was still changing rooms. We were informed that we then had to go back to the front desk and turn in our keys before we could have our upgraded room. This room had a king size bed with only a shower. The comforter and sheets were clean. The chairs in this room were filthy (which I have pictures). I do have to say that I was at least able to walk on the carpet without my shoes. Had it not been 12:30am, we would have gone to another motel. Although, we were upgraded, the clerk who waited on us was not very friendly. Given the amenities that they listed and the price I paid, I expected a better situation. I would not recommend this hotel and would warning any female traveling alone not to even consider staying there. Pay the extra twenty dollars and stay somewhere else.”

• The room was pretty good.
• The pool was frigid, the hot tub didn't work, and the place was dirty.

“Overall it was very dirty, hallways, pool area, and parking lot. The hot tub didn't work properly and when we complained, the clerk said she would contact the maintenance man. We had serious doubts that there really was a maintenance man. The hot tub and pool were both dirty.”

“I didn't get to stay there. I called the hotel as stated on your confirmation to see if I could get a double bed and non smoking. I told them (I have done this many times) that I was to call directly for special request. Needless to say, I never went, I cancelled the trip and did something else. I would never recommend this hotel if they treat customers that way. I have done many hotels with you and have been fine. This hotel is not one that likes you. I lost the money, but I guess I saved gas and food expenses.”

• No elevators, looked like a place workers stayed for the week & then went home for weekend.

“This hotel is kind of out of the way. The staff was friendly & helpful, but hotel needs updated. Must take steps, as all rooms are either up or down steps. Not too easy to get luggage to room.”
