• Far exceeded expectations; a beautiful facility.

“Only five years old, this motel was "classy", flawlessly clean and well situated for walking to dining establishments. It did not offer a "comp" breakfast; only "order from menu" but we went across the street to McD.”

• Very friendly, clean, and well kept.
• More selections for room service breakfast.

“My experience with the hotel was very good. It is very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and eager to accomidate. I would definately want to stay there again when I return to Cross City.”

• Luxurious bedding
• Elevators were very slow

“The stairway in the lobby was being decorated for a wedding and there were enthusiastic members of a family reunion throughout the hotel--all adding to the feeling of excitement. People seemed to be feeling at home in the facility. I was staying with my son and there were other family members in other rooms--we were there for a funeral. The hotel was very accommodating in placing us in rooms next to each other despite the fact that we didn't know we were all staying at the same hotel until we arrived. The hotel did not have a restaurant except for breakfast but there was a Ruby Tuesday right next door. We were all happy with our choice of this Holiday Inn.”

• The pool was very good and we enjoyed it very much.
• The hotel atrium was nice but the noise level was high.

• The in door pool and hot tub is very nice!
• The resturant service was very slow. We waited to get seated over 20 Min's then we left.

“When we checked it they upgraded us to a suite with a mini kitchenette and gave us a coupon for $20.00 for the restaurant(even though we did not us it because of the service)Everyone was very friendly.”
