• It accepted pets and has a very nice pool with slide.
• Very slow elevators if I have to say something negative.

“The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The room was an average room. Nothing bad, just average. The pool area was very large and had a great slide for the children's entertainment. Very nice continental breakfast.”

• Had a great continental breakfast.
• Not enough time for breakfast slide was broken in pool barking dogs.

“Staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great but was only open until 9:30 each morning - not much time if you wanted to sleep longer. They had employees literally standing by the door like we were in prison. The water slide was working the first 2 days we were there, and then it broke when our children wanted to use it. We stayed for 5 nights.”

• Good location, next to a strip mall with lots of eating options and a block away from the crossroads complex.
• Poor front-desk service; patchy quality of complimentary breakfast; poor security.

“The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by multiple eating / entertainment options and really close to the Disney parks. Front desk was often staffed with surly employees (although the concierge was very friendly). One of the elevators broke down when I stayed there. And the biggest concern - poor security. ”

• Walking distance to restaurants.

• Distance from Disney.
• Traffic pattern is terrible there.

“Expensive for the location and had I had the choice, I would have stayed at Disney for the same or fewer dollars. The traffic pattern in and out is extremely klutzy very hard to make the left turn to get out of the hotel followed by another left turn where traffic is frequently so backed up that you can't get across even on your left arrow. On the positive side, they have a nice pool and adequate fitness facilities and nice continental breakfast.”

• The elevators were old and looked like they might be under re-modeling.
