• Needs a lot of work.

“I would never stay at this motel again. The area was not very safe. The heater was defective, the refrigerator rattled all night, the bathroom was freezing and shower was almost impossible to get hot. I was very disappointed.”

• Well lit parking lot, attractive rooms.
• Located near nothing, area near shady characters.

“Great for a one night stay, wouldn't stay a length of time. The San Francisco part it borders next to is near bars and hookers, but hotel seems safe and well lit.”

• The rooms were updated and attractive.
• The location was sort of in an industrial area, but it was safe and quiet.

“This hotel met our needs for a quick overnighter in the city as we picked some friends up at the airport. There rooms were nice and it was in a quiet location with parking. There was an adequate continental breakfast in the morning. We were very pleased with our quick stay there.”

• Cute rooms.
• Not friendly to the traveler with computers.

“Although this hotel is cute, it is out of the way and in a somewhat risky neighborhood. Only a small shower in the room. Although they say they have wireless, internet was not able to connect to this service. The hotel clerk told me that I must have something wrong with my computer; however, this was the first place that would not connect through my computer. Not a smoker friendly place.”

• No shuttle to and fro from the airport.

“The Inn is not a hotel, no shuttle to and fro from the airport. Almost like a home turned into an Inn.”

• Clean rooms; wood floors so as not to collect odors.
• Not all rooms have microwave.

“This is a privately owned motel with a slightly funky lay out, but well managed and maintained. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and comfortable. They offer a decent continental breakfast in the morning, and they have free wireless internet access that generally worked.”

• I love the quaintness of the hotel the staff was very helpful and the location was great for what we needed.
• There wasn't much I didn't like about the hotel other than the shower needs a shelf and a light in it. I judge a hotel by the bed and the shower.

“I just loved the quaintness of the hotel. It was very clean and had a great view. Each room was like and individual unit, not like the typical hotel. I would stay there again.”
