  • Easily accessible from the airport, clean room, and comfortable bed.
  • Shower could have been cleaner, parking fee was high.

“Very easy to get to from LAX. The sleep number bed was comfy. Not many channels to watch on TV, but hopefully you're not there just to watch TV. Parking was way too expensive ($14 per night) and on the second night I was there, the lot was full and I was required to park across the street in the employee parking lot which took a few circles around and a trip to the front desk to figure out how to get into it.”

  • New carpet.

“Hotel is well maintained. My room had new but crinkled carpet. Easy to fix. Beds and decorations were excellent. Bathroom was good and spacious. Room was spacious. Windows are only single glass and adjacent to San Diego Freeway. Parking looks great, but its fully automated with no attendant, so you have to go back inside every time, and I had a lot of trouble with it. Room was a little noisy, and i think I had a quieter one. But an Ok hotel, with pretty furnishings.”

  • Convenient location if you're driving.
  • Beware the extra parking fee.

“Has just what you need and has a shuttle to/from LAX airport. Good for stopovers. The restaurant was adequate. The wine we enjoyed was very good and well priced at $20. Convenient to the freeway and major west-end streets. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.”

  • The Management (Sergio) made the few discomforts experienced palliated by giving me a complimentary meal.
  • No phone working when arrived, beds were not as advertized

  • Great room, great location. Loved the sleep number beds.
  • Small bathroom, expensive parking.

“Great hotel to stay at. Great location, has restaurants and a movie theater right down the street. Only problem was the cost of parking ($14 overnight) pretty expensive for a 3 star hotel. Also the room was big, but the bathroom was tiny. Overall great hotel, quite and nice.”

  • I like the feel of the hotel when I entered into the lobby.
  • Parking on a Saturday night was the worst. Actually trying to find a place to park.

  • Nice pool, spa, and fitness room.
  • I did not sleep well because the Sleep Number Bed the hotel provides wasn't working.

  • The comfort beds were a great surprise. Great.
  • The parking was 14.00.

“The staff were friendly and attentive. I loved the select comfort beds, it was a nice surprise, plenty of pillows for a great nights sleep. I would stay here again when in Los Angeles on business. It was easy access on and off the freeways and they serve Starbucks in the lobby.”

  • Freindly service, convienent location and
    free internet connection.
  • $14 to park, and it was confusing, other people had a hard to to even leave the lot.

  • I loved the sleep number bed. This was a pleasant surprise.
  • I really did like everything but the coffee cups and water cups were paper/plastic and the toiletries were average. No complaints though.

“We loved this hotel. It was so comfortable with nice linens and a wonderful bed. The staff was accommodating and we enjoyed the property very much. The parking lot felt very safe and there was plenty of parking. I would definitely stay here again when I visit the area.”

  • Cleanliness.

“This hotel was good for the short time I was staying in the L.A. area. The few problems we encountered were, soap that was opened with a hair on it in the shower, hair in the bed, and we got a extremely unnecessary wake up call at 6:30 AM. We notified the front desk in which they gladly upgraded us to executive suite, validated our parking so we wouldn't have to pay, and gave us to free passes to a buffet breakfast. All in all, it was a good stay for the price and the location is close to the freeway. Besides those minor things, it was a good experience and stay.”

  • Currently under renovation so some construction in progress during stay.

  • The staffs there were friendly and helpful. The room was big and the bed was comfortable.
  • The room was not that clean and the chair (sofa) was so dirty that I didn't sit there.

“The staff did not seem to be interested in solving any of the issues I had during my stay. The toilet leaked water all over the floor in the bathroom - I reported this to the staff every day but it never got fixed during the 4 days I was there. Also, their wake-up call system was 1 hour late - again I told the staff (and they said they had other guests complain also) and it was never resolved.”
