“We weren't happy to be in a modern building next door to "The Del". We were very unhappy that our room had a leaking, mildew covered air conditioner. For four days, "The Del's" staff sent someone over to wet vac our carpet. Finally on the fifth day they offered to move us but not to the historical building. We said thanks, but no thanks. On the positive side, the kids loved the beach and the pool. It was nice being able to spend a whole day at the hotel and have all the gear, etc right there. There is also a nice little place to get burgers, etc right by the pool. The advertised kayaks are actually a drive away and my daughter (age nine) wasn't comfortable bicycling on the streets near "The Del". The restaurants are way over rated.”

“Very nice atmosphere. Stayed 3 nights wish I could stay longer. Dining room was nice dinner was good but very expensive. Wait staff was very good two people taking care of anything you need. Will go again even though I will need to save up for it.” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Amenities at Hotel Del Coronado, Coronado
