• Story book cafe was awesome.
• NO WiFi in this resort, overpriced by far and laundry was room too far.

“This is 2008 and can you believe that this grand four star hotel does not have WiFi in the rooms, only in common areas. The room we were given was on the 6th floor and the laundry room is on the 2nd clear on the opposite side. We got lost coming and going as the wings were long and not clearly marked. It is not easy carrying a full laundry basket that far through the hotel. Staff was more interested in checking you in and checking you out.”

• Access to Disney Land one hour before park opens.
• Service was horrendous! Truly abominable!

“Definitely would not stay here again. The only benefit is the hour early access to Disneyland, but that alone is not worth the price and the service was so horrible that even the convenience does not make up for it.”

• Concierge Staff is excellent.
• I couldn't afford to stay longer! .

“We had the pleasure of staying here for a family getaway. The service was impeccable The location to Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure cant be beat. The hotel is beautiful. ”

• I like the location. It is next to Calif. Adventure and Disneyland theme parks.
• The snack bar closed at 10pm and the vending machines were not working properly. I had to get water from the honor bar at 3.50!

“The Grand California is done in the arts and crafts style. It's a beautiful property. Always makes me feel like I'm in a hotel in Yosemite even in the middle of the parks and Downtown Disney. Good restaurants in the hotel. Also several restaurants within walking distance.”
